Bought a surround sound receiver last week that the sales expert Steven said would work for my setup. It didn't have the specs to work for my setup. Came back today to replace it for one that would work. Steven was busy with another customer the manager Allandon said he would take good care of me. To wait for Steven. After 15 min another employee to help. Greg i think, he was helpful but not knowledgeable had to go ask Steven questions. We found something that would work, i asked for the manager to give me a little discount for my trouble. I would have been happy with $5 but they said the manager Allandon was busy. I could see him talking to another employee laughing and cutting up. I watched them for 20 min. Then I left. Horrible service. Go somewhere else
