Worst experience ever. The only reason why I went here is because the tablet was on sell. Nicole would not give me or provide me with my items that I purchased and had my barcode present. She was super rude! I can’t even get a refund because it will take days before I get my money back to repurchase and the sale might be over!

We have a membership with Geek Squad and I brought my practically new HP Laptop in because it had been running extremely slow. At first, Vanessa M. greeted me politely but within 5 minutes of getting the laptop hooked up to the internet, she abruptly stated that because the CPU was at 100 percent, there was nothing that could be done and the only choice was to replace the laptop. I was taken aback by this suggestion and requested that the laptop be serviced with the membership we pay for every month to clean up any memory. She agreed and checked the laptop in but to be honest, I am no expert in computers, and she proceeded to tell me regardless of the efforts, the laptop would be inoperable within months or even weeks. With my mother being a vet systems engineer, I went home and discussed what was stated. She told me the advice was completely BS and more than likely from someone who is just the front desk and not a tech. When I returned to pick up my laptop after it was finished the next day, I was very annoyed that I had been so carelessly shooed off with no efforts to even suggest that the laptop be checked in and tuned up. They cleaned up a few temp files and tasks that were draining power and walah!! Had I not made the suggestion and been ignorant, I may be out of thousands. Everyday people can't simply drop and buy a laptop when an issue arises. Treat people that pay for a membership with respect and fairness despite their ethnicity or other factors. DO YOUR JOB AND IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY, PASS IT TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. That's in layman's terms, but as a Psychologist, please watch the micro inequities that your employees exude :) (This chick had the nerve to try to say, "How can I explain this in layman's terms? " BABY, go back and read your notes for basic CompTIA. )

They were good I didn’t get helped by just one person multiple people knew their info about whatever I was asking about,I don’t know anybody by name unfortunately sorry I would have for sure shown them love but overall great experience not to long of a wait in line which I hate so I would recommend
