Completely incompetent, ordered a washer and dryer along with the needed stacking kit. They never sent the stacking kit, and then left the units in my living room for weeks.
They did not communicate when delivery would be made and then would not pick up the phone when called right back this happened multiple times.
I talked to people from corporate on down and was assured "notes" where left in my account to fix the issue and that they'd bring the kit next time and of course they did not.

Where to start , ill keep it simple . It was my Birthday and I decided to treat myself to whatever I wanted so I decided to just around and found myself in the tv / soundbars section and was the looking at the tvs , all the soundbars , wall mounts etc and nobody no once came to help me , greet me went to the bathroom walked around went back to the tv / soundbars section and still waited patiently for someone to come help and nothing , I decided to leave because if they couldn't take the time to help me or come greet me then why am I there . Bad customer service to me at that store , even leaving the store , the person at the front that greets people walking in or out leaving didn't say 1 word to me when I left . You always see bestbuy workers walking around but when you need help there nowhere to be found, guess I'll spoil myself elsewhere.
Found an insignia portable A/C unit on their website, reboxed onsale for around 220$. Pickup was spot on, quick, efficent, and the lines were well staffed. I had recently been in the hospital with a dog bite. They quickly had an employee with a dolly at the pickup desk to help me get it to my truck, even loading it into the bed for me. I couldn't be more greatful since im down a hand. I didn't catch the employees name, but he deserves recogonition for his kindness and professionalism. Would return to the muller Bestbuy in the furture for any purchases.
