I would like to apologize to the employee who tried to warn me about apple products a couple days ago, but there's no reason for me to travel all the way to this location. I had scoured the entire city looking for a store that carried an AUX to USB-c adapter, and when I asked someone who worked there they said all they had were the apple brand, and was trying to suggest other solutions, but I was confused as to why only having the apple brand was a problem. After about an hour of configuring to get the apple adapter to work properly with my Android phone, I now understand. They were trying to warn me about what should be a simple, straightforward product when it is, in fact, an actual tiny nightmare. The apple adapter has now somehow stopped working in one channel, the headphones themselves work fine. For not offering a simple adapter option other than apple, I would honestly give this place 0 stars if I could, but these 4 are for that person who tried to warn me. I'm sorry. I get it now lol

I got help in the cell phone area but it was really difficult making her understand that I needed a phone charger for my car, not a desk. I explained twice what I was looking for and she offered me things that were not what I needed. Once that was worked out, I was taken to the register, without being given any opportunity to do any other shopping. I won't be back.
