Our company recently experienced a concerning issue involving an order placed through Best Buy at the Mueller location in Austin.
We placed an order for televisions (Order #BBY01-807142932678). An individual who was not authorized by our company was somehow able to pick up the televisions from the store.
Even more concerning, that same individual later returned one of the televisions and upgraded to a larger model using their own credit card to pay the difference.
We immediately reported the situation and opened Case #371517613 with Best Buy. Unfortunately, instead of receiving a resolution, we were informed that we cannot place additional product orders.
We are hopeful this review helps escalate the matter so it can be properly investigated and resolved.

Paid for a new desktop only to find out that they charge to have "Office" installed. Then was told there was going to be a charge to transfer data. Bullshit tactics and poor Customer Service makes me certain that I won't go back.
This Best Buy location always seems to be sold out of Pokémon TCG products, which is honestly a bit disappointing. Every time we check, there’s nothing available, so hopefully they can improve their stock in the future for collectors and fans. That said, the store does a great job with electronics overall. They carry a wide variety of tech, gadgets, and accessories, and it’s always enjoyable to walk around and see the latest items on display. The store is well organized, making it easy to browse and compare products. Even though the Pokémon TCG availability is lacking, Best Buy is still a solid stop for electronics shopping.
