I want to thank Memo, Alex and Adam from the geek squad for their tremendous patience and kindness. Through the whole experience they were very helpful and made sure my devices were fixed and taken care of.
I bought a new cell phone here last Sat and needed to transfer my data from my very ancient phone to my new one. So, we walked over to the Geek Squad desk for assistance. We were very lucky to find Adam De La Torre behind the desk. He began the transition and of course, my old phone was not always cooperative, but Adam always found a solution. He got the job done. Adam is very courteous, smart with all the skills, and has a good sense of humor. You'll be in luck if he is there when you need the Geek Squad. Thanks, Adam!
