I usually enjoy shopping at Best Buy, but the service at this location was disappointing. Several staff members came across as unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills.

We Had Purchased 2 TVs one Night.We Had 2 people a Girl and boy couldn't remember their in my names.But great customer services from finding what we needed to checking out.

Muy bien, además el personal atento listo para asesorarte en caso de que ocupes ayuda.
Very frustrating. I bought a MacBook air, there since they had a promo that if you buy the best-buy plus membership (25dlls) you will receive 75$ in store credit. It took me 8 phone calls and 2 store visits to get that reflected. 2 weeks later i receive a notification that credit is expiring, when the agent mentioned that it doesn’t. Safe yourself the time, buy somewhere else
