Called in to ask if they offered a certain TV mount. I was told over the phone that they had it in stock.
Drove up. It was not in stock. I couldn't even find a single employee in the store to ask for help. And everything seemed cheaper on Amazon anyway.
Can't recommend this store.
Lenovo messed up my pick up order and Trevor at the Best Buy store tried his best to correct it. Called and spoke with them for over 20 mins! The staff was kind, professional, and did more than they needed to, to rectify a problem that wasn’t their fault. I wish I came here first to buy a computer!
Try to check out at 7:50pm on Sunday afternoon and no one was at checkout the lady with the glasses seem to not wanted to her job and definitely took her time doing something else I then got mad and just put the item back in the shelve and exit the store and went to target
Could it be any slower to get service here?
