Easy to get in and out without being asked to buy something we didn't need. Was asked if we needed help a couple times which is helpful
Terrible service. Employees will just stare at you without offering any help. I was going to spend +900 and left it all at the cashier because they couldn’t answer basic questions.

Called in to ask if they offered a certain TV mount. I was told over the phone that they had it in stock.
Drove up. It was not in stock. I couldn't even find a single employee in the store to ask for help. And everything seemed cheaper on Amazon anyway.
Can't recommend this store.
Lenovo messed up my pick up order and Trevor at the Best Buy store tried his best to correct it. Called and spoke with them for over 20 mins! The staff was kind, professional, and did more than they needed to, to rectify a problem that wasn’t their fault. I wish I came here first to buy a computer!
