I had a terrible experience at Best Buy when trying to exchange a Thera mask. Instead of simply processing the exchange for the same price, the staff made me repurchase the item and cancel my old order. They refused to transfer the funds, which felt unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. This came across as poor customer service and laziness on their part. Disappointing!”

Went here to purchase some PCs for my new small business. As an (almost) life long apple owner I only knew what I had read about online as far as what I should look for. there was a more senior gentleman and then a female who was very new (at least to this store location) and they were both exceptional with thier customer service. I was able to explain to them what I was doing with the business to the best of my ability and what I thought I needed and they offered guidance. They did not try to oversell me. Then I took my computers to the geek squad. Both the person who helped on sunday (I believe his name was Andy?) as well as on monday (I believe named Pierson?) were both extremely helpful. Appeared knowledgeable, where overly helpful and offered guidance on what they could help with - it was obvious I was unprepared to know what I needed help with and they easily helped talk me through things I may be wanting. Very easy in and out. Would easily take my business here in a heart beat.
The guy I talked to about AirPods was not helpful at all.

Great people to talk with just looking for a TV. Best buy has good quality merchandise. Very comfortable with their knowledge of any product your in need of.
