They shipped my package using Roadie, UPS crowdsourcing. They pretending to attempt a delivery but did not deliver. No other communication. Difficult to find where to communicate on website.

Grace did amazing tonight. I came in because my order had still not proceeded through order pickup! It was a switch 2. She went out of her way to call corporate and push the order through. Her attitude for it being past closing was amazing… sorry for being those customers… but anyway. If you making any big purchases have her help you! She knows wha she’s doing.

Terrible Experience. I was just in this store to purchase a microwave. After being there for 30 minutes I left empty handed because no one would come over to help me. I spoke to 2 associates that said they would send someone over, no one ever showed up. As I looked around the store, there were at least 10 employees standing around doing nothing.
