Terrible Experience. I was just in this store to purchase a microwave. After being there for 30 minutes I left empty handed because no one would come over to help me. I spoke to 2 associates that said they would send someone over, no one ever showed up. As I looked around the store, there were at least 10 employees standing around doing nothing.

What a truly awful experience dealing with Geek Squad in the South Austin store. They were going to reformat my Mac and started yesterday afternoon. They said it would take 5 hours. I did not hear from them so the next morning I called and had a truly traumatic experience with their phone AI. Three calls later I got a person who wasn't in Geek Squad, and while she was nice she could not connect me to anyone who could help. I had to go the store where I am now and after waiting a bit, another nice employee brought my laptop out and explained the problems they are having. I'm here now waiting to work through the issue with them. They are clearly understaffed. My frustration is no one contacted me and told me of the next problem they are trying to figure out a solution for - if you're a Mac owner, go to the Apple store. Best Buy and Geek Squad at the South Austin store is a communications disaster.

Each time I come here customer service needs to be improved. We go in there knowing what we want but each time the staff acts as if we are an inconvenience and not welcome. Only the cashier was a delight. Thank you.
