Absolutely terrible service! We were talked into a different brand tv because they said it was in stock and running a special. We proceeded to pay for haul/off, install service and delivery of new tv. They had to set up 3 different orders for each one on a different day. 3 weeks later after return visit to store promising it will arrive. Nothing! This is after install techs arrived to install but we had no TV to install. He reached out basically saying the tv is nowhere to be found in store or warehouse. After basically taking 2 days off of work no word on the tv whereabouts. Hopefully no issues refunding?!? Never again

A package was delivered incorrectly to the place where I work. I’ve spent the past 4 hours trying to do the right thing and get them to come get their tv back but I keep being told I need to deliver it myself. I’ve also been hung up on multiple times. Customer service is abysmal.

Bought a washer and dryer here and it’s been a total nightmare. Context- we have the Geek Squad/Totaltech coverage. The washing machine has been largely broken for almost a year. Best Buy has sent repair people out 17 times, that’s right, 17 times now. The claim to replace with a new one was denied. What a joke. Have been a long standing customer of Best Buy, Geek Squad/Totaltech, for many years but won’t be shopping here any longer. If you go with Geek Squad on major appliance purchases expect the insurance company response approach of Delay, Deny, Defend.
