ai just went to this Best Buy and asked for assistance three different times to simply open a locked door to purchase a MacBook charger. I was there for 30 minutes and no one was able to assist. When I walked to the front and stated "nobody here will help me and I've been waiting 30 minutes so I'm going to Apple", the man at the front said "good, don't come back!". I am a customer of 20 years and will never be returning back to Best Buy. What a horrible experience!

I recently bought a high end washer and dryer from the South Austin store with delivery and installation. Everything seemed fine until we started using the dryer and we discovered that the dryer door opens in the wrong direction (this is an option on the dryer). In our particular installation this makes the dryer very difficult to access. The option was never mentioned by either the sales associate or the installers who otherwise did a good job. Maybe I should have noticed this at the time but I haven't bought a dryer in 25 years so it wasn't top of mind. Now they want to charge me $69 to fix the issue that should have never happened. I am a dissatisfied customer. Also, I was assured during purchase by the sales associate that the installation would be done with metal clad hoses, which it wasn't.
