Jazz was absolutely AMAZING she helped me out along with Juan! I haven't been to a Best Buy in forever and these two made me want to come back and buy stuff just to talk to them! They helped me out & told me about some things going on in the store I wasn't aware of. They even had me thinking about signing up for a credit card which is crazy work 😂 Please give them the praise they deserve! (:

Jazz met me at the door and directed me back to Mark in computers and he was Very good at finding the most reliable computer for our business. Now the owner of the company is likely to switch to Best Buy for all his computers For my personal home, I was in appliances in Belinda was very helpful. Best Buy has really Improved in customer service! At least at this location. Thank you!

It’s a Best Buy. The reason for four out of five stars is that I got surprised with a surcharge when I was trying to recycle a TV that broke. Maybe I just don’t understand what the charge is for, but it felt a little bit weird having to pay 30 bucks to not throw a TV in the trash and the associate had no idea what the fee was for.

They shipped my package using Roadie, UPS crowdsourcing. They pretending to attempt a delivery but did not deliver. No other communication. Difficult to find where to communicate on website.
