How do I check product availability at the Southpark Meadows Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I'm enjoying my 4k plus purchase from BH Video (85 inch tv and surround sound with protection plan) since Best Buy refused to help me out when asked. Referred to policies each time instead of making a deal with a customer. Jay at corporate just wanted to personally let you know how much you messed up! Hope your supervisors don't read the conversation where you refused to assist a customer and lost this sale. Thanks again for reminding me how Best Buy only cares about themselves. Enjoy Jay!

Went in looking for a specific brand of external hard drive and was told by a staff member that they didn’t carry it. Found it myself 15 minutes later on the shelf. Disappointing to see that the staff wasn’t familiar with the store’s own inventory.
To make things worse, the same employee kept asking if we needed help—even after we had politely said we were fine. It felt like we were being followed rather than assisted.
Ultimately chose not to buy anything from this location because of the lack of knowledgeable and respectful customer service. Will be going elsewhere in the future.

Walked around for 10 mins not 1 worker came to help. I walked right out after I got tired of being ignored. The only voice I heard was 1st greeting at entrance 😳
