7/7/25 I buy all my electronics from this place. They sold me a faulty phone a month ago. The cellular data just stopped working yesterday. The best buy chat helped me and reminded me because I am a best buy member I have a 90 day warranty and to talk to the manager. When I went to talk to someone Supervisor Estrella was very rude and disrespectful. He does not represent best buy well. I will go back tomorrow and talk to geek squad again. Also in the middle of our conversation he starts talking to his staff through his mic headphones that has nothing to do with what we were talking about. I understand Multitasking but you should tell the person you are currently talking to "excuse me I must take this. "

7/8/25This is a follow up to the review above done yesterday. Today I went back to Best buy and Marshall from Geek squad fixed everything and was professional and nice. He gave me options and was so much help and treated me nice and respectful. Because of him, Best Buy will continue to get my business. Thank you again.
More a statement of call centers than the store. After struggling through the poor ai to try to confirm of the store is with all of the flooding going on, I landed up with a call center that couldn’t connect me to the local store to confirm directly that they are open or not. Given he gave me a blanket yes they’re open without asking which store it was, it either was a lie or they are all open, which is probably not true given the flooding in the area.
