Daniel R. at Southpark Meadows location is stellar! Give him a promotion! My sister and I were in the store early evening a week ago to purchase multiple TVs for a new home. Talk about patience and endurance. One of us had a glitch issue that took an unusual time to resolve in the process of buying 2 TVs. Daniel provided excellent service and just calmly took care of the situation which, please, I would have thrown up my hands and told the lady, 'go resolve this issue and come back later'. Hahaha. I bet Daniel already knows who this is.... Truly in this day and age, and sometimes with the younger generation (not saying all are challenging), let's face it, there's not a great deal of respect, patience, endurance...(too many commas here!) But Daniel, handled it like a pro. Kudos to him and his work ethic, I know he was brought up right, and continued success as you move forward Daniel (you need to read this review). A raise Best Buy, a promotion.....take care of the good ones. :)

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I brought in a fully functional laptop and asked if it would be possible for them to remove an old account, they said yes BUT neglected to mention that they would need the password for the account. Instead of asking me for the account password, THEY PUT MY MACBOOK INTO ACTIVATION LOCK. For anyone who does not know, it is nearly impossible to fix this. I have called them a hundred times, they are beyond unhelpful and useless. It is still unusable due to the endless back and forth with Apple.
I went in with a functional MacBook Pro needing a minor issue sorted and Best Buy staff broke my laptop. Best Buy staff ripped me off and rendered my laptop unusable. I now am very likely going to have to buy a new computer, as the AppleID associated with the activation lock is not active anymore. Therefore, I find myself in a Catch 22 from H3LL due to Best Buy staff being unable to communicate, troubleshoot properly, or recognize what actions on their end would trigger Activation Lock. DO NOT come here for anything Mac related and DO NOT trust the competence of the tech team. Complete scam of a "service" and absolutely NO accountability, not even a "sorry, we messed up."
Please save yourself the false hope, headache, stress and expense of wasting your time, money and energy with the incompetent and uncaring staff at this store. Also, forget about trying to get any help over the phone- you can't call the store, it's all call centers and no one on their phone support has any idea what they are talking about. Once Best Buy gets your money, they don't care what happens to you, your gear or your personal information. STEER CLEAR.
