I’ve brought my PC in here for a simple RAM upgrade and installation, once i arrive home, the PC was no longer running. I returned and was told the PC could use a cooling upgrade. once i paid $170 installed and arrived home, the PC was still not working. the geek squad has promised a free diagnostics check, however once in store, they said that won’t happen and will just try and sell me more products. i’m pretty disappointed. Will is a great help in geek squad, but they are just not willing to take responsibility for the damage they have done to the PC. How does a PC work great for years, and as soon as Geek squad touches it, it’s broken. How can you not take responsibility?
