Whenever I go I try to find one of her workers called Karen, she has an excellent service and is very friendly and attentive, in addition to that she gives you solutions, but unfortunately today I did not have the opportunity to be attended by her but another girl, quite abrupt to attend and with a very annoying attitude, I am a customer and I do not know certain things about the place and its products however I ask to clarify my doubts and if she does not want to attend I would prefer that they assign me to someone else, she simply answered me as if I would buy the product quickly or not, what a pity more girls like Karen need! On the other hand Karen excellent to give you good attention and solutions 🥰

Came in looking for a DJI drone.. can’t even look at the drones, some AT&T phone guy selling phones in the drone isle that seems to be completely empty except off brand drone brands. No help. Asked the guy at the front where the drones are. No one came to sell me one. Wild.

I come to this Best Buy quite often and, in general, the employees are usually very friendly and helpful. However, there is one employee in particular who is usually behind the counter whose attitude leaves a lot to be desired. She tends to be rude, arrogant, and dismissive. I think I speak for many customers when I say that when we approach customer service staff, we try to be polite and ask our questions respectfully. Unfortunately, this person responds in a way that makes you feel stupid for asking a simple question. She doesn’t greet customers, doesn’t acknowledge a “thank you,” and overall comes across as very condescending. I’m not expecting extraordinary treatment, but a basic level of kindness and professionalism would be appreciated.
