Staff was helpful and knowledgeable
Don't bother. Restrictive policies, unhelpful and unaware staff. I actually had staff ask ME how much inventory they had of a laptop, assuming I ordered on the app.
Then... 14 day return policy on unopened merchandise. There is literally no reason to be shopping at best buy in 2025
