This best buy is trash. I bought my spouse an Oura ring on cyber monday and returned in within their ridiculous 15 day return window for a different size. The item had not been used, but because I was returning it when the item was no longer on sale, they charged me full price to get the exact same item in a different size. The first person I talked to told me it's because it's not the exact same item and because it was outside the sale. The manager, who was rude and unhelpful, said it was because they have different SKU numbers, so honestly not sure what the reason is, except that Best Buy wants to basically scam you. The manager told me that I could have bought the Oura ring sizer and avoided this issue, but I tried to explain that this was a gift, that I know my spouse's ring size and ordered that, not knowing that the Oura rings aren't true to size and run small. He said well you can return it and get your money back, but again, this was a GIFT, so obviously I'm not going to return it once I already gifted it. I should've just bought this directly from Oura, who has a more forgiving return policy. I advise that you NOT buy from best buy and buy DIRECTLY FROM THE RETAILER! What a scam. And for the record, I reached back out to the store since the owner acted as if they were going to help out and they told me they could not, so don't be fooled by these bot responses to make things right.

I got a new Oura Ring during the Cyber Monday sale. It turned out I needed a different size. When I went to exchange it, I was told I would have to pay full price for the exchange ring because “it’s not the *exact* same item. Had a rude manager mansplain to me how it’s all because their system has the different sizes listed as completely different models and there’s nothing to be done, but I could’ve bought a sizing kit beforehand. What a horrible and scammy customer experience. I’ll just shop somewhere else next time.

We went in to buy a certain item usually in best.Buy you do not have to look for help.We did. In fact, I walked up to management and asked.Could they please send over someone to assist us as we want to investigate before we make a purchase. The young lady came over to assist once we confirmed our purchase.She insisted on taking the items of our selection up to customer service, which was unusual, but we went with it she assisted another customer of a different demographic and gave the merchandise to that person to go up to checkout. Now we found that to be weird because it was in the same area as we were shopping. And she didn't do the same for them as she did for us. It took 3 to four people to check us out. Other stores we have never been treated like this. Not gonna go more in detail and not gonna return to this location.
