I recently visited your Best Buy store and had a disrespectful experience with one of the employees at the front door.
I told him I was trying to open the app to locate an item in the store, but instead of helping me, he told me to go to customer service. Another employee offered to help me, but the employee at the front door disrespectfully told her not to help me and again directed me away.
While speaking to me, he did not make eye contact and seemed more focused on writing on a sheet of paper than helping me as a customer.
I felt disrespected and disappointed by the way I was treated. Quite honestly, this was one of the worst Best Buy experiences I’ve had in Austin. Good people go spend your money somewhere else.

We went there to shop for a new TV and couldn't decide which one is best for us. Maria was so sweet and super knowledgeable! She's super patient, professional and helpful with us. She's very good at her jobs. She's the reason I would buy from Best Buy!
Emilio was extremely helpful with answering some questions about TVs and computer components. Very high end customer service expertise. Impressive!
This store is so unprofessional. I needed to return an item and they refuse to take it. The manager was even worse raising his voice bringing attention to us and then had the audacity to run outside after me still talking aloud saying he is refusing to take my item back and I come back tomorrow they will refuse to help me
