I had the worst experience buying a fridge from this store. They canceled my delivery and the last minute after waiting the whole day and taking a day off instead of delivering it next day now they told me no I have to wait another four days. I waited for the four days they brought the fridge and they put it in the kitchen after five minute I realized the fridge is severely damaged and the front side where the handle is on the deformed from both sides after calling and trying to get this resolved, they offer me 300 which is less than the cost of the handle oh and the doors are misaligned one up higher than the other, on top or that the inconvenient they coz to me and the delay also not able to get hold any one in the store

Basically no camera equipment.

Whenever I go I try to find one of her workers called Karen, she has an excellent service and is very friendly and attentive, in addition to that she gives you solutions, but unfortunately today I did not have the opportunity to be attended by her but another girl, quite abrupt to attend and with a very annoying attitude, I am a customer and I do not know certain things about the place and its products however I ask to clarify my doubts and if she does not want to attend I would prefer that they assign me to someone else, she simply answered me as if I would buy the product quickly or not, what a pity more girls like Karen need! On the other hand Karen excellent to give you good attention and solutions 🥰
