So recently I have not been going to the Best Buy in San Marcos because of the South Park Meadows store and New Braunfels store. The last 2 experiences were amazing. I live in Kyle so it is a bit of a trip but well worth it. As soon as I walked in I had three people offer to help me. They knew exactly where the items I wanted were at. The staff was hands down the best customer service experience I've had with a brick and mortar store in over a year. Thank you
Low stock on action camera and accessories for the insta360. Walked out empty handed...giving Amazon another customer.

I must give props to this Best Buy (and Marshall specifically) for bailing me out of a stressful jam today. I previously ordered a discounted router directly from a manufacturer, but the package was stolen upon delivery with zero replacements available. Being afraid to reorder online again, I asked Best Buy if they would price match an in-store replacement at the same discount the manufacturer gave me for the first router. Yes! I was thrilled. I'm still sad my first router was stolen, but I'm happy that Best Buy was understanding and willing to work with me on replacing it at the same price. Thanks, Marshall and Best Buy!
