Not very helpful. Definitely felt judged as well, they seemed more satisfied to see me leave without buying anything instead of helping me find what I needed.

I recently visited your Best Buy store and had a disrespectful experience with one of the employees at the front door. I told him I was trying to open the app to locate an item in the store, but instead of helping me, he told me to go to customer service. Another employee offered to help me, but the employee at the front door disrespectfully told her not to help me and again directed me away. While speaking to me, he did not make eye contact and seemed more focused on writing on a sheet of paper than helping me as a customer. I felt disrespected and disappointed by the way I was treated. Quite honestly, this was one of the worst Best Buy experiences I’ve had in Austin. Good people go spend your money somewhere else.
