Worst customer service ever. Don’t even try calling the store unless you want AI to misdirect you somewhere else. And if you take the time to go to the store you’re met with underworked employees standing around because nobody goes to the store willing to be rude to you rather than helpful.

These people are scammers and thieves! I can't give 0 stars otherwise I would. We went in to this location for an open box good condition TV, payed for it and were ready to take it home. They then offered to deliver it to my house less than 10mins away. We agreed to get the delivery and even got an email for it. We waited for about a week and the day before we were supposed to receive it they canceled the order and gave is a $0 refund. We went to this location for an explanation and Leslie (associate) told us they "lost the TV" not only were they extremely rude to me an my husband. We asked for a manager and Anand (manager) didn't even came out to face or talk to us. They offered no resolution (credit/replacement) and they told us we could get a refund and purchase a new TV, meaning we would have to spend about $500 more. Now we have no TV and still have no refund. This in plain English is called theft. We had a physical TV and they convinced us to leave with them and then stole it! This is a warning to anyone that comes to this store they are scammers and thieves. Post

Had an issue with purchased item. Spoke with Will and Leslie and the refused to be helpful or even understanding. I was promised something from their customer service line and the both refused to uphold it. I asked to talk to the store manager and they said Anand will not care what they put me through he wouldn't do anything anyway. They also said that there was no way to get ahold of him. That if I wanted to complain that I should just go online. I tried to get ahold of the store prior to getting there and they refuse to transfer to the store. Best Buy has gone way down hill. They used to be my go to for electronics. Need to find somewhere else to shop.
