Mean and rude employees at this location... I was buying a monitor and the associates were talking smack about me and my boyfriend in Spanish... The associates came up with some BS and also could not apply my certificate to the purchase. Called customer service and they could do it no problem. Associates don't know smack.

DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD HERE.
Made 3 different appointments with geek squad to have my iPhone repaired. First appointment, they let me know they didn’t have the correct screen to replace and would put in an order to have the correct screen delivered that night, and made an appointment for me the following day. Arrive 45 minutes early to my 2nd appointment, yet 20 minutes AFTER my appointment, they said they didn’t have the screen and put in an “emergency order” to have one delivered by 9pm that night and created yet another appointment for today to get it fixed. Call them this morning to verify that they received the screen for my 3rd appointment, only to find out that they never finished filling out the original work order, the screen still hasn’t even been ordered, and they have no clue what’s going on. This is actually embarrassing. Do better.
