It is missing a magnolia section with higher end equipment
My son was granted a grant through Classwallet to be able to get things that he can use to make things a bit easier for him in school. The things he order came from BestBuy, When speaking to Best Buy representative in reference to my son package missing and that the locker that FedX say the items were in, was empty. BestBuy informed me that once FEDX send a picture showing the packages has been delivered, that they cannot refund and or replace the items. That there isn’t is nothing they can do and that the claim that placed with their help will be deny. They also said I have to get video surveillance, that the complex I resided in have to file a claim with their rental insurance, I asked for FEDX info that delivered my package they told me all I can get is the tracking number which at this point, is no help. To have them replaced my son accessories for his iPad that also came from BestBuy, but delivery with UPS. And I received communication from UPS with the delivery date, when items were being delivered and when the items has been delivered. Something I did not receive from FedX! I received a reminder from Amazon lockers saying I had a package to pick up, because I was not aware the package was being delivered and or by whom. Now for BestBuy to not be willing to replace all 3 accessories for his IPad that total a bit over $200 is bad customer service. We are very disappointed with BestBuy customer service support.
Love this place. Much rather shop here than Amazon. Great people. Great service.
