Have to thank the great people at Best Buy at Southpark Meadows plaza in Austin for fixing the charging port assembly on my iPhone 13 Pro Max from 2022 — for free!
I decided on a whim to go call Best Buy because my phone was on its last legs (according to T Mobile) and I was in the area.
T Mobile (who I bought the phone from) didn’t have ANY of the necessary tools to fix it. They wouldn’t even accept it as a trade-in. They said the ONLY solution was to get a new phone.
Thank you to Best Buy. Great and wonderful people.
