Returned my headphones since I had insurance on them that I bought only less than two years ago which is just perfect because I was able to get a brand new pair of galaxy buds 2 for only forty dollars. Pretty efficient and fast service , so I can't really complain about that at all

Worst experience ever with Geek Squad!
I had an appointment prior to arriving at 3:20. Was told that there was a wait because they were behind. Didn’t mind at all. Rep Paqui later started all the paper work and was about to go and do a battery replacement when it was 4:05 when he said that it would take longer than expected to change my battery from my phone. He decided that it wasn’t enough time and to come back at a later date to do a replacement again after waiting for almost an hour and had NOTHING changed.

I will give this one star because the moment I walked though the doors I was asked multiple times if I needed help with anything by multiple employees in the same vicinity. Secondly I told multiple employees no I didn't need help instantly more would show up and keep asking and following us around the store. In total I was approached and asked by 5 employees and a few vendors within 10 min and consistently harassing me, this needs to be addressed to the company and something needs to happen about the insane amount of harassment by the employees, let people shop, let the people ask for help not the other way around.
