I was a the South Park meadows best but to return a Dyson and use my warranty. I was waiting at customer service which was a bit long. I left my product with the assoc. and asked to go look and see what I would get. I came back and verified my info to go back and get another Dyson. I told her no one was coming to help me. Again I waited and no one came. The ladder was in the way and I couldn’t not get a clear view. I then saw it on the shelf so I steepled on the ladder to reach for the Dyson I wanted. At that point Anan was yelling from the front of the store. He approached me yelling and very rude and unprofessional. Telling me I can use the ladder. I told him I had been waiting and no one came. He said ladder is for employees only. I told him well there is no sign. I walked away to no continue with his yelling. All customer and staff had his attention and I was very embarrassed. As I walked to customer service he called the girl at customer service and told her no to help me. I asked to speak to a mana get. He then approached with a security guard. He grabbed my Dyson handed it to me in front again of customers and staff. That waere nowhere around to help. He yelled that I get out of the store and never come back. I again tried to explain and he said I’m done with this conversation. I have never been so upset and disappointed with servirse at BEST BUY. I am contemplating no longer having and account and all my services. Anan was very racist. He was unprofessional. Yelling and causing a scene. I called corporate and nothing was done. I don’t leave in Austin so I wasted a trip and didn’t get my product. When I spoke to Gabriel and Dane from corporate office they did not do anything to help or call the store to have such and unpleasant situation corrected.
