I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy on Research Blvd in Austin. An employee named Yasmine was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit.
I tried to continue my interaction with another team member to avoid conflict, but Yasmine repeatedly interrupted the conversation and asked the other employee what I was asking about, even after I politely asked her to leave the situation and allow another associate to assist me.
Her behavior made me and my family feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was not the level of professionalism or customer service I would expect from Best Buy. I hope management addresses this seriously so other customers do not have a similar experience.

The manager is a clown in this place. Went to return a laptop because it's a very known issue on the net that the PH18-73 Acer laptop runs at 4400 mhz RAM speeds whereas other competitors laptops say 5600 and even others at 6400. The box on the laptop says 5600 yet mine and others is locked at 4400. Item misrepresentation. Needless to say this 🤡 manager accused me of being a guy that buys, tests and refunds laptops lol. Typical case of racial profiling. He should do his homework before mindlessly accusing people. It's no wonder the laptop went on sale too because it doesn't compete with others due to that fact. But he went and told me to go to Microcenter and buy laptops there and refund them lol. This was literally my 2nd laptop refund after being 15 years in the PC industry and first one on Best buy.
