I already knew what I was going in for, but still found it difficult to find an associate for help. Jackson was the associate I ended up with (approached/found) to purchase an iPad and Apple Pencil. His customer service was very pushy and downright rude. I almost wanted to cancel my sale and go elsewhere. On top of that, I had to ask for a bag so I wasn’t just walking out with 1k worth of electronics in my hand. It felt like dealing with an annoying younger brother. Not really how customers want to be treated.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. Ordered a dishwasher with install. Guy who came was here for 5 minutes. Spoke to his friend in another language and not to me standing right there. Incompetent to do the job hired for. Told me I had to call another company to fo one part then call Best Buy back to finish the job. Couldn’t answer my questions. Absoluely not. I have never hsd this issue. Then he didn’t even verify the item he left with me was what I ordered and was gone. Best Buy, don’t offer services you cannot render. Tempted to return the entire thing.
