Manager obviously doesnt keep this well ran since they cant even check theyre own inventory for theyre online products that shows!!! that theyre is product in stock!!! but the manager and theyre lazy employees cant check correctly

This honestly might be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed, 100% perpetrated by the General Manager vascillio. After 30 people including young children stayed out all night for a new release of hard to find collectibles, the General Manager tried to hide the products from us, then gave products away disregarding the line that had been there for hours, and when confronted he proceeded to mock everyone (including children, to their faces) and kept saying he doesn’t care about the customers, saying directly to a young kid that he should “cry about it” while threatening to ban people from the store. He made it very clear he has distain for his customers, and no interest in providing a respectful experience. I’ve never seen an adult disrespect a child just trying to buy toys, forget about mocking the kid to his face about being disappointed in having waited all night to just have his products given to others. Even without the product issues, the way this man speaks to his customers is unacceptable and gives the Best Buy brand a bad reputation. When absolutely shocked by his response, we asked several employees if there was something wrong or if this is just how he is and they were clear that this is just how he is and that he’s a horrible manager to work for. Many complaints have been filed with Best Buy corporate. Please be cautious around the General Manager vascillio, he has no respect for his customers, employees, or the Best Buy brand.
