Across the board, my experiences with Best Buy have been outstanding. Whether it's a smart TV, computer, monitor, or cellphone, I always receive great service and quality products. I needed a new phone recently, and thanks to Edward, Ty, and Will, I was up and running in no time with a Samsung Galaxy S26+. Best Buy proves that it is extremely important to have a brick and mortar store so customers can see and compare products and receive great service on-site. Best Buy provides that.
Will not return to this location in the future. Invest in sales and customer service training for your reps. Why am I being told by your staff that the price of something I want to buy has increased 20% and that I should have bought it last week. I didn’t even care about the price. Why not try “I hear the pricing is about to go up so you chose the right time to buy today!” Why deincentivize people from buying today when they walk in knowing exactly what they want?
