Their people ...I want to say 3rd party for AT&T were just awful with me and I am 71. Bamboozled me into buying this plan and a new phone. I went home thinking yay! But the next day I read all the paperwork she DId Not Discuss with me. Quickly I got everything cancelled but took quite some time on hold calls and finding the right people to talk too.
I ordered online for pickup. I was in and out of Best Buy less than 3min. I item I bought was withe the 5min drive. Amazon can't beat Best Buy wireless car play.
I decided to go into the store to pick up a curbside item. The box looked open, which I pointed out to the young lad at the pick up desk. He was quick to say the actual product wasn’t opened implying I should get over it. Apple prides itself on immaculate boxing so this didn’t sit well with me. I asked for the item to be replaced with one that didn’t look used. He went on to bring another young lad who very confidently mansplained to me that the products within are packaged separately and that the box just held everything together. The first lad went
on to ask me if I after all, was going to keep the box! Again implying that I was asking for too much. He interrupted me several times and asked me not to interrupt him. I saw them roll their eyes and snicker. It was a very unpleasant experience. Eventually a manager came and sorted out the situation. Let’s just say, I’m never buying from this Best Buy - the Lakeline one has much better service from experienced personnel who value their customers.
