Staff was really nice and gave good recommendations, even kept up with my family's indecisiveness and how silly we were being 😆. Helped a lot!

I’d like to especially thank Nick and Faris for their great help. I’ve had an issue with the tv I bought and they helped me tremendously get it resolved with Bestbuy’s customer care and navigate which membership class best suits my needs. They’re literally the best Bestbuy employees!
Terrible service. No one was really looking to help out, just more focused on catching up with co-workers. Which is totally cool, but not when there are customers ready to purchase items. The AT&T sales person was also relentless.
