Don’t be fooled by the “less than 1 hour pickup,” option online. They are lying.
Ordered some items at 4:43 PM, didn’t receive any news before closing 4 hours and 15 minutes later, somehow, but don’t worry! Someone wasn’t too busy in the 20 minutes BEFORE OPENING for the day to email me at 9:40 am and say my order was finally ready… 15 hours later. Don’t waste your money here they don’t respect their customers.

The staff was very helpful, I found good offers compared to other electronic shopping centers
They carry the pokemon tins for a mere ten dollars. Limit one, I'm afraid. But my son got a double gold star card in that tin. These tins have a higher percentage of rare cards.
Terrible clerk in online pickup. Her name is America, incredible behavior, condescending, arrogant, and rude all balled into one. Manager defended such behavior and I pointed out that when insulted directly I will answer directly. I don't need his assistance. Consequently did not buy anything in that store it was an intended $700 purchase. Instead went to the Best buy in round Rock where it was exceptional service and did make a purchase there. Total contrast between the two stores I will not go back to the one at gateway.
