Bought washer with warranty. Called to get it serviced, geek squad / home services refused to honor the warranty. Issued a partial refund for service I never received. Off shore support basically said they don’t have the tools to properly support my request. Which is odd, since it was something i paid for 2 years ago. AI voice is also very bad and it takes a ton of repetition to communicate

I had a very disappointing experience at the Best Buy on Research Blvd in Austin. An employee named Yasmine was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit.
I tried to continue my interaction with another team member to avoid conflict, but Yasmine repeatedly interrupted the conversation and asked the other employee what I was asking about, even after I politely asked her to leave the situation and allow another associate to assist me.
Her behavior made me and my family feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This was not the level of professionalism or customer service I would expect from Best Buy. I hope management addresses this seriously so other customers do not have a similar experience.
