I had the most awful experience at this location. I went in to get my screen protector replaced as I have a warranty on it. A girl named America looked up my information and not only was she rude but she had a smart mouth. I felt like I was playing a trivia game. I asked to speak to a manager and that was a big mistake. She brought someone over named Alejandro who was no way manager material. It shows the low bar that Best Buy holds in standards of hiring people in management positions. I didn’t expect much from America since she was more concerned about sipping her Starbucks drink than helping customers. All I needed was a simple screen protector replacement and they acted rude and put off by helping me. Asking me questions they knew the answers to just to be condescending. When I decided to leave and not move forward with the transaction, some crazy-eyed employee with red makeup around her eyes got in my face and told me to leave. I asked who she was and she reply, “someone that is willing to get fired today”. Alejandro had to pull her out of my face. You need to take a strong look at who you have running this store. The fact that this “manager” allowed this to escalate like this is pretty sad. I am not sure why Best Buy doesn’t care how they are represented and allow this crazy looking girl who jumped in my face to even work there. She is a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. I am sure that we will see this Best Buy location on the news and her being taken away in handcuffs. She clearly doesn’t need to be dealing with the public. Shame on you Best Buy.

It was hard to find in the back, to pick up a delivery order. But customer service was great!

Everybody was super helpful and friendly. I normally hate going to Best Buy but loved this one. A lot of things were sold out though that I needed so that was frustrating.
