This is one of the worst store ever and horrible customer service every time. Today, I was clearly looking around trying to find an item, and multiple employees stood nearby with their hands in their pockets, watching, without offering any assistance. In fact, I ended up asking another customer—who I assumed worked there—about a keyboard. He responded loudly that he didn’t work there, and even after that, none of the employees acknowledged me or offered help.
Experiences like this are exactly why people prefer to shop online. Its not worth spending your money in a place that provides no basic customer service support. Unfortunately, every time I come into this store, I already know what kind of service to expect: none. I’ve made the decision not to return, because clearly my business is not valued here.
