I know its not this store that I have a issue with. I placed a order online for a starlink mini kit for pick up today (10-2) and now its saying 10-9. I chatted with someone on the app and they said I can pick it up in 30min to 2 hours. Drove there and they don't have the order. Called the customer service number and got hung up on 4 times. I need this for work! I only ordered from best buy because it said I can pick up in 2 days. I could have got it from another place at the same time frame.

Best Buy is usually my go to when shopping for electronics but they really disappointed me. The customer service was not supportive and they barely took care of us and then when they did they didnt listen to what we needed at all and pushed what they wanted
