SAGE WAS GREAT! Super helpful and patient. I had a LOAD of questions…and Sage had all the answers! I told the manager already how pleased I was…but I still wanted to say something here. Do you have any TV, stereo or surround-sound questions…? ASK FOR SAGE!
Ordered a product in store and was told I would receive a text to let me know it arrived. I didn't but instead had to keep logging in to account to see if it arrived. Other than that I had no issues with the services and so far not even the product.
I promised I would leave a bad review and I’m a woman of my word!!!
Purchased Meta glasses during a Black Friday and told that because they didn’t have the clear lenses at the South Austin store, I could purchase now and exchange for the clear ones At a store with inventory.
Black Friday price was 20% off and the store manager at the North Austin store wouldn’t honor the Black Friday price on an even exchange.
His disposition was indifferent and dismissive.
Imagine being asked to pay $45 dollars for the same product during an exchange?
Especially after you ordered the clear glasses online, had them stolen because no signature was required and having to drive 25 miles to exchange a product that you were misinformed about.
He simply didn’t care. And while I didn’t turn into a Karen, in that moment I understood…sometimes being a Karen is needed.
Never shopping there again!
