Excellent store for electronics. Great return policy. Support Best Buy. Don't buy everything on Amazon.
This best buy is very nice, helpful, and has great products that are otherwise hard to find. 😊
Honestly this is the nicest best buy I've been to. The employees were so nice and helpful today. When we needed advice on wifi routers there was someone available immediately. No standing around waiting or trying to find someone. I hate shopping for electronics but this was a 10/10 experience.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location, mainly due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the store manager, Vasillo. When I approached him with a legitimate concern, he barely listened, dismissed my complaint, and was outright rude. His attitude made it clear that customer service was not a priority. I expect at least basic respect when addressing an issue, but that was completely lacking here. I will not be returning to this store and would advise others to take their business elsewhere.
