I went in the store and I got a gimbal for my job for videos. I went back to the Bastrop store, spoke to the store manager and the sales associate and the geek squad specialist. The geek squad specialist was really amazing. He told me he knew nothing about this machine so did the store manager, and I could learn as much as he could learn if I googled it. I explained to him that I’ve googled it. I went through the tutorial. I cannot figure it out. I need help. He said he couldn’t figure it out either. I told him I would bring it back. He said fine and walked away the Porsche Customer Service I’ve ever seen in my life then I went outside. I called back to the store. I got the home office and they said their store manager is not allowed to answer calls.
Do not make the same mistake I did go elsewhere with your business
