La atención es buena. Pero siempre q voy no me dicen que no hay en existencia el producto q busco y me mandan a otra sucursal
It's bad enough when they keep a very limited inventory, but to continuously hire people with crummy people skills is icing on the cake. Today I was greeted at the door by someone who called me boss. I am sure he meant well, but that term is less than professional. I was there to buy a monitor arm for 3 monitors. They didn't have them, and as I was leaving an employer asked if he could help me find something. I said no, I see that you all don't have them and I continued walking. He then said rather rudely- well you don't know that maybe they are ion a different area. I told hime what I wanted and he said the ones right next to you will not work? I said no, I need one for three monitors, not two. He said you see, we did have the in a different area....I told him again what I wanted and this wasn't it. He was now confrontational and said he was trying to help, storming off saying, again rudely-have a nice rest of your day. This is my first experience with this person, but not the fort in this store. The other two Best Buys I go to in Austin are not like this. This tells me the problem must be with local store management.
It's a best buy. Friendly and helpful staff.
Sales associate was very helpful in helping me find the best phone for my needs.
