How do I check product availability at the Bastrop Best Buy?

Bought two tvs. 75” and 65” One was broken when I opened it. There isn’t a direct phone number to this store to talk to a HUMAN about replacing my tv. Your automated systems need help learning their prompts before you subject your customers to them. This has been a nightmare to navigate. Post your direct phone number. My only recourse is to drive to you and in this day and age it’s outrageous. Fix it. You’ll lose what’s left of your customer base.
