Customer services terrible. When I walked into the store there was 10 to 15 staff standing around talking with each other. Nobody offered to assist me with anything. As I wander through the store trying to find what I'm looking for and pass many more associates, still no one offers to assist me. When I find the items and I go up to the register and I purchase my two items the cashier didn't even put them in a bag. Doesn't even offer a bag. Will not return

So I bought my husband a radio from best buy the day my husband went for his appointment to get Installed the guy Devin that work for best buy told my husband that he had to stop working on his installation because it was running into his next appointment 😑 he told my husband he rather have him mad at instead 5 more people my husband went to the front and contact a manger and they did have Devin to Installed it took Devin from 10am to 5pm that was sat january 4 and why today being january 6 the radio doesn't work this is horrible

It's not lost on me that every experience I've had at Best buy hasn't been this astronomical. I will say that on more than one occasion my experience at this Best buy has been let's say lackluster. But when I was in a pinch I just so happened to find Jah that had the right answers and I could not think that him enough!
To the managers at the Baytown Best Buy, I have spent TEN OF THOUSANDS of dollars in that store since it opened.And I got, hands down the best service with a last gen open box iPad than I did with an 8000 dollar 85" OLED TV. If nothing else, shake his hand and thank him for us exceptional customer service. because I returned a month later saught him out to shake his hand personally! It takes a extraordinary person to make an impact like that
Came by about a week ago and was met by a character named Mohammed. So disrespectful and rude for no reason. Who ever hired this “man” should wake up while giving interviews. Hawk tuah
