How do I check product availability at the Baytown Best Buy?

This Best Buy is by far very unprofessional I had I robot that needed repairs and was not able to repair so just gave us store credit versus getting replacement sent to my house why pay for geek squad accidental coverage if your not able to get it repaired or replaced just store credit.

The store is obviously good, so is customer service. Things are sometimes priced wrong. Also their fake shoppers are way too obvious and obnoxious but other than that it’s cool.

Looked online for an open box iPad. Online stated excellent condition but when the box was opened, the device looked well used (smudges) and it was missing all its components. I was at another Best Buy looking at their open box same item but had smaller storage and it was in ‘fair’ condition but all the components were in the box. I was told nobody care about the components….?
