Update I went back in the afternoon and Matty took time to assit with my order. He was very friendly and assisted me with everything I needed when purchasing my laptop.

I bought a keyboard after I asked two employees if it was mechanical, I get home and to my surprise it is not. Showing me the workers don’t even know what they’re selling, giving me false information. The return was quick. Other than that, bad experience.
The Geek Squad in Baytown went above and beyond! I ended up in a pretty tricky situation, and their entire team jumped in to help. I must’ve had at least five guys working together to find a solution. Their teamwork, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly impressed me. Highly recommend!
