I have ordered two iPads for my toddler for Christmas and they roadie driver had stole it reported it the same day , they gave me such a hard time when it came to replacing the items that’s I never received when I finally went into the store and the manager had fixed the issue for me to get my two replacements Best Buy canceled my order and said they was going to refund me waited a couple days just for them to say my claim was denied and that they iPads shows delivered but n they end so I’m not getting my refund back .. worst experience ever and probably won’t ever be shopping back with Best Buy ever again btw I have order two iPads from them before and I never had these problems so this situation by far just lost a customer forever because of how the situation was handled and how they went about everything . Meanwhile they person who stole my iPads you can’t get in touch with nobody from that roadie company to report them and my toddlers out of two iPads sucks and Best Buy sucks too 👎🏾

I was a fan of what Best Buy used to be. needless to say , not a very big fan of what it's become. you can't even go in there and buy a decent blu-ray player. They're on their way to becoming just another cell phone store at the mall.

When calling the number provided, it is not possible to speak directly with someone at this location. Calls are routed to a call center that is unable to provide accurate assistance or transfer callers to the actual store. I’ve been trying to speak with someone at tech support about a dash cam they installed and it’s impossible.

Geek Squad certified no longer holds meaning for open-box items. We purchased an open box, excellent condition TV, and when we opened it, all it contained was the TV. There's no power cord or remote. The recommendation was to return it or request replacement parts at the store. They said that because we didn't open the box and check it right at the store, it's on us. Once again, what's the point of Geek Squad-certified open boxes and being told they're in excellent condition? It's unusable. Please don't waste your time dealing with Best Buy at all, unless you're willing to spend extra time double-checking everything.
