How do I check product availability at the Baytown Best Buy?

None of the links the owner provides in review responses to sort this out even work. You can’t reply to the response either. I tried messaging the Baytown Best Buy on Facebook and there isn’t even an option. So it doesn’t seem like they provide ANY way to resolve or rectify this situation.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Just makes it look like they’re going to fix the issue but nothing works.I wish I could put 0 stars. To start off, we bought a display tv online. Said it would be ready for pick up in 1 hour. Took 6 hours for them to verify the online purchase and they refused to give us our tv we purchased. We cancelled the order and got our refund and bought it in store same day. Employees took over 30 minutes just to get it taken down and packed up. They over taped the power cord making it extremely difficult to access. Then once we got it set up we couldn’t get the Roku remote to work. We called Best Buy and they said to call Roku. Roku informed us that the remote was incompatible with this tv and that Best Buy gave us the wrong remote. Now we have to get a replacement remote and can’t use our tv at all until it comes in. Most unprofessional business I’ve witnessed.
