How do I check product availability at the Baytown Best Buy?

Bought an insignia tv that went bad within 5 months. Under and replaced. The replacement tv lasted 4 months. This time I spent an hour on the phone setting up an appointment for them to verify the tv was unrepairable. Setup the appointment then the next day get a message the appointment was canceled. Call and they admitted they made a mistake but I have to start the process that took an hour over.
I went to the store on Bay Area to see if I could explain the situation and streamline the process. Spoke to a store manager and he was very nice and said he would call me the next day. However I never got a call. So I just threw the tv in the trash and bought a different brand. Not worth my time to continue to get warranty to cover it.
