This is from my experience 4 years ago when Best Buy was still a powerhouse with great services and a great membership in Total Tech. Had my trucks audio system installed by Jose G. and it was flawless. He went out of his way to make sure everything worked great. Installed a Kicker 1200 mono amp, a 4 channel kicker Key,
4 JBL door speakers, my bass knob AND an LC2I Line out converter. This was all FREE (Outside of the wiring kit which are always around $200 for a good quality Kicker one, not that Wal Mart trash). Anyway Jose no longer works there and I got a new vehicle, AND now NONE of the services are covered, or even a 20% discount!?!? $450 minimum for my same exact set up to be put in my new vehicle 😂 For that price i am definitely spending an extra $300 to take it to a real car audio shop that specializes and ONLY does car audio. Who does BB think they are now? West Coast Customs? Things, prices, inflation, etc i get it things change, but paying full price with or without the membership means I will never again buy the $200 a year Total membership. You only get it if you want a free blender or toaster hooked up at your house 😂 So if your 80+ years old, maybe that plan is for you. A minimum 20% discount would be reasonable for Total members. Anyway 4 years ago = 5 star review. In 2025, 2-3 stars to roll the dice on an inexperienced tech blowing your subwoofers and leaving you a rats nest of wires for $450. No thanks.
Frequently visit here recently. Not a big store but it has everything I need to complete company project.

Matty was a phenomenal salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable and knowledgeable about the difference in tablets i was looking for. He provided more than customer service but made me feel seen and heard with my questions. If you stop by here make sure to ask for Matty!
Nice place, not too many discounts here but some discounts will be dropping for Black Friday and Christmas. Hope to coma back soon.
