Best Buy in Baytown is awesome. Amman, the manager, is top notch. He has great customer service and leads by example. He listens and is adept at problem solving. Amman doesn't just hand you off, but personally helps you when he's free. Shaddy, a tech guru helped me with my phone. Friendly, polite, courteous, kind, patient and knowledgeable. He even walked outside to make sure my phone was connecting properly to my car! I shop this location for all my appliance and electronic needs. In an age of poor custmer service Amman and Shaddy at Best Buy are the Chick-fil-A of the electronic retailers! Amman and Shaddy could be the poster "boys" for exemplifying 5 star employees with their great attitudes and genuine smiles! Kudos Amman and Shaddy! You deserve a bonus and make shopping at Best Buy a pleasure! A ⭐️ UR!
