How do I check product availability at the Baytown Best Buy?

Stood around for over 15 minutes ready to buy a TV. I was ignored and passed by several employees who didn't even make eye contact with me. This place absolutely sucks now. The accusations of non-existent customer service is absolutely true. Guess I'll be making my purchase from Amazon.
