I have utilized Best Buy for all of my home and mobile electronics needs for many years now, I have been to multiple locations across the states and I can easily say that this store has been one of the better locations I have ever been in, I have always been greeted at the front door, have always had my questions answered in a timely manner, they have always done a great job of keeping there shelfs stocked and merch readily available for the customer, I have always been able to get my hands on a display before finalizing my decision and the staff have always been eager to help and really seem to love and take pride in what they do. Hands down if you are looking for a great experience, fast service, product in hand same day at a competitive price then look no further than Best Buy but more importantly look no further than this location!!

We were helped by Bernard at the Beaumont location today. He was friendly and very helpful and helped us decide on a replacement TV that fit our needs. A very positive experience from our first interaction to a comfortable decision.

I recently encountered an issue with Best Buy while shopping for Christmas gifts in Beaumont. I was informed that my desired items needed to be ordered and would arrive by December 17. However, a few days prior to the expected delivery, I received an email stating that my order was canceled due to a red flag raised by my bank. Upon contacting the bank, I learned they had not blocked the transaction; instead, Best Buy had initially charged my account and then refunded the money. It seems Best Buy oversold the items and shifted the blame to the bank. When I attempted to reorder the gifts, I was told they were out of stock until December 27, which caused me significant stress.
