Walked in ask the greeter where I need to go for a certain phone, before I could get over there a young gentleman asked me i knew what I wanted, he grabbed the phone let my son look at few more. Let us talk and we checked out, helped sign up again. And we were out the door. No stress!
My experience at Best Buy was good.. the associates were all very knowledgeable and professional with friendly attitudes!!

Best Buy is the same everywhere either in Houston or Beaumont; well, as far as i know. Same standard same level of professionalism on the part of their employees.
