This location stole 140$ off of my debit card and have yet to resolve the issue. I guess they thought enough time has passed that I would forget.
I've never had an issue here, always treated with respect, and the staff are very helpful
The young man that help my friend find a printer for the church was very friendly and helpful , he knew alot about it , i didnt get his name job well done best buy
First, there was only **one cashier** working the registers, despite the fact that there were multiple employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. The line was ridiculously long, and it took forever to check out. Meanwhile, I noticed several employees just chatting with each other or walking around aimlessly, completely avoiding eye contact with customers. It was as if they were going out of their way to dodge anyone who might need assistance.
Speaking of assistance, good luck finding any help in this store. I needed help locating an item, and after waiting for what felt like an eternity, I finally had to track down an employee myself. Even then, they seemed annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. When they did check the inventory system, it turned out the item was listed as in stock online, but it was nowhere to be found in the store. This seems to be a recurring issue here—**inaccurate inventory** is a major problem, and it’s incredibly frustrating to waste time driving to the store only to find out the item you need isn’t actually available.
Overall, this Best Buy location is poorly managed, understaffed (or at least poorly utilized), and completely disorganized. The employees seem disinterested in helping customers, and the inventory issues make shopping here a gamble. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Save yourself the headache and avoid this store if you can.
