I'm trying to find out what I need to do I bought a computer from Best Buy January the 16th 2,025 I returned the computer and put it on my card cuz at first I paid cash for it they told me that it would take 2 weeks for me to get my check back here it is March 2nd and I still have it received my $1,082 every time I talk to someone they say somebody is going to call me back or I got an email I've done called five to six times and I haven't got my money back I'm trying to figure out should I call a lawyer or go to the credit bureau even their employees don't understand what's happening and why haven't they gave me my money back I agree to wait for a check but still I haven't received one and no one can tell me where the check is or the day it was released I really don't think this is fair I think I'm going to end my account as soon as I get my money back from them
