I ordered a tv online, couple days later it was ready for pick up. I proceed to the store 15 minutes after getting notified. I later received the tv curbside, that was awesome. I head back home to set the tv up for my kids and noticed the LED screen was cracked (physical was in perfect condition). I called of course, they stated to bring it back for an exchange. Next day after work I head back with the tv, customer service informed me the tv was refunded and the refund would post again instantly. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to find the tv, that full 30 minutes still no refund. They finally found the tv to tell me I have to basically repurchase, which I understand how the returning process works. It was the principle of bad information, delayed wait just for me to not be able to leave with my kids tv.
