Getting checked out is a bit confusing. A lot of blue shirts standing around, not making eye contact so they don’t help or ring you out. The one cashier I got was very nice, very efficient, and I was in/out quickly.

I helped my husband load a brand new 3D printer into the car and sat with our 3 kids for 30 minutes waiting for this store to open, only for him to walk out empty handed after being turned away without a single ounce of effort to help. We drove over an hour, wasted gas, and didn't even get the courtesy of someone actually trying to resolve the issue. We weren't even being difficult ...we offered to exchange it or go with a completely different model. They still refused. No manager. No GM. Just staff who had already decided no before they even looked into it. I stayed in the car with our kids the whole time and when he came back out with that printer I could not believe it. All of that for nothing. We are elite Best Buy members. This is how they treat their loyal customers? Best Buy's own app had the return approved, a barcode generated, and step by step instructions ready to go. Their staff didn't care. Nobody tried. The managers couldn't even be bothered to show their faces. Happy Easter weekend to us. Nothing says holiday weekend like hauling a heavy 3D printer an hour each way with 3 kids in the car for absolutely nothing and wasting gas. We won't be back. P.S. Shoutout to the laziest store manager and GM we never got to meet.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I drove over an hour and waited 30 minutes before they opened just to return a brand new 3D printer I purchased yesterday — still in the original box with every part included. Best Buy's own app and website clearly state that in-store returns will be shipped back to the seller on your behalf. I had the return barcode pulled up and everything. Despite that, they flat out refused to process it and told me I'd have to take it to FedEx myself. The funniest part? I'm attaching a screenshot of their own app that says the exact opposite of everything they told me in store. Step by step instructions, an in-store return option, and a barcode they generated specifically for my return. Their own system approved it. Their own staff ignored it. What really got me was that the general manager wouldn't even come speak with me. Too busy, I guess, to address a customer who drove an hour with a large defective item based on what their own website promised. I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for years and spent a lot of money here. That ends today. If your own policies mean nothing to your staff, there's no reason for customers to trust shopping here. Do better. P.S. Thanks for letting me carry this heavy 3D printer for absolutely nothing.
