Purchased a TV open box online that was marked as excellent condition with all accessories. Drove three hours to pick it up, only to arrive and find that it the TV was missing its most important parts.
Tried to call the store before I made the drive to confirm the condition of the product, but you can't call the store directly. Everything goes to their big customer support center, and the agent there simply confirmed what was posted about the product condition online.
Six hours out of my day, and all I get is shrugs and them blaming the customer who returned it.
I've previously had pretty decent experiences at Best Buy, but I won't shop there again. This was a failure - from the system-wide level to the local store.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received I was lied to multiple times to get me away and laughed at in my face when I brought my computer here for a simple install they told me 48 hrs keep in mind it takes 15 minutes to install this peice I understand that there is a line but when I go back 48 hrs later the computer hasn’t been touched garuntee that he said the part was in already and they were running scans on my computer which takes 3 hours max for a full diagnostic scan which I never authorized any scans because I had the computer scanned 1 day previous to bringing it there and I go back 5 hours later only for them to tell me the part is being installed and it will be ready in the next 48 hrs lmfao the part takes maximum 15 mins to install and they wouldn’t even sign my computer out when I asked which is most definitely theft he said he wouldn’t sign in out until he wanted to lmfao
The sales guy sold us in a laptop for our daughter's 1st semester in college with a 1TB, then realized they didn't have any in the store and couldn't order it either.. then tried to sell us on a 500 Gigbyte for a higher price.. needless to say we were frustrated...
