I was excited to know they had a sale on appliances with no interest for a certain amount of time, but disappointed when I found out they couldn't deliver right away it would take up to 2 weeks before I could get a refrigerator. Therefore, I went to Lowe's to purchase my refrigerator and it was delivered the next day. Best Buy really need to work on their delivery scheduling 2 weeks is way too long to wait for appliances.
Dealing with Best Buy has done nothing but add to my stress level. Ordered a washer, the window for delivery was 12 hours. Guy shows up with zero call ahead of time and rang the door once and called at 2:32. I was on the phone so I called back at 2:38. No answer and no voicemail. I called again. Same. I sent a text. Nothing. He had left my house at 2:34. So I called the store, I'll just pick it up from there. Nope, my washer is gone and now on back order for 4 months. I and my husband had to call Best Buy 4 separate times for 2 days before we finally just canceled the order. Customer service is outsourced to another country so basically, good luck getting any help.
This store has terrible customer service!!!! The people there Franko and Roland for sure are very unwelcoming. Jordan today was very unwelcoming. I would like to also emphasize how several employees there walk around the store without offering assistance and feel as if the world revolves around them. They really show that they hate their job!!!
I worked in customer service several years and I have never experienced such terrible customer service…. Employees please remember that you are representing Best Buy!!! Do better or go find another job that didn’t consist of customer service.
