I visited this location to trade in some old Samsung devices after switching back to the Apple ecosystem. I had already received my trade-in quotes online, and the website directed me to complete the process in-store. The associate who helped me with my trade-ins was fantastic—he assisted me right away, and the entire process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free.
Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when a floor manager or supervisor got involved after I inquired about an item I was wanting to purchase. I made it clear several times that I intended to pay for my purchase in full and had no interest in financing it. Despite that, she repeatedly pressured me to apply for financing and annoyingly just would not accept no for an answer. I eventually agreed just so the conversation would end and I could complete my purchase.
What made the interaction especially uncomfortable was that she began making assumptions about my annual income, implying that I only make around $20,000–$30,000 a year. It felt unprofessional and came across as profiling, which left a very negative impression.
The associate who handled my trade-ins provided excellent customer service, but this interaction with management overshadowed an otherwise positive visit. In the future, I’ll likely complete my trade-ins in store if necessary, but I’ll make my purchases online to avoid a similar experience.
Amazing service one of the workers, Christian, was super helpful in helping me find a phone cover and screen protector! He even helped me by putting both of them onto my phone and he did an amazing job at putting it on there, easiest 5 stars!!
