Walked in and asked a guy to point me to a good phone case. I was tired of looking for a case that needs to protect my brand new Samsung S26 Ultra. He simply opened a box, put my phone in the case, and said it's guaranteed to not break. He helped me pay for it, and I was gone in less than 5 minutes.

My most recent experience was incredible. I had an issue replacing an old computer but needed to save my extra internal hard drive. After three attempts, we were successful. The specs from the manufacturers were not correct. The tech was able to find a device in store that would work and solved my problem. They extended deadlines on returns and went out of their way to explain how my problems were resolved.
in January i had purchased a laptop from this location and added the protection plan with the rep 4 months later i cracked my laptop and im being told that i never had the protection added so the rep mustve forgot to add the protection for me when i explicitly ask for it considering my laptop was very expensive now im being told too bad by customer support and not given any solutions due to this stores mistake
