Just bought a gift online for Christmas gift and now told that I have to pay 50.00 to exchange size of product since it's a cellular device. Never opened and to boot they do not allow exchanges after xmas it still 14 days.. Not easy to do business is not helping BB stay in business. Amazon is more accommodating.

You know that feeling you get when youre visiting Grandma at the hospital, trying to keep hope alive, but everyone in the room knows she's getting worse. That's Best Buy. But its demise isn't because they haven't tried. Just like grandma, we all love Best Buy. But it's just not the exciting surround sound booming, video game playing, tech marveling place it used to be. Somewhere along the line while adapting to crazy business competition and rampant shoplifting, everyone forgot about why we really enjoy going to Best Buy. Because it was fun. So instead of sitting there in the hospital room waiting for the inevitable, let's have fun. Turn up the music. Let kids play video games. Blair that surround sound system. Bring back tactile interactive buying. Maybe, just maybe, we will remember what shopping was like before everything changed for the worse. And for God's sake, give grandma a hug and tell her she made a difference.
