Almost never pick up the phone. I've tried to call numerous times, even right after they open and it always say everyone is busy, with me on hold for 10+ minutes

I think all Best Buys are generally the same—good locations, good inventory, good organization. Being a tech store, they ultimately offer excellent service, good prices, solid warranty policies, and a smooth return process.
