Worst customer service system I have encountered. It is impossible to talk to anyone at the physical store, you can only go through an offsite customer service phone service. Was told if I wanted to speak to someone at the store I would need to drive to the store. I’m done with Best But, if I can’t get help at a physical location then might as well order from Amazon!
