Frankly I'm rather surprised by the one star ratings at this place. This was a first time experience at the Best Buy in Bee Caves, Texas.I had a great experience. I was treated quite fairly and was taken care of thoroughly. Both the manager by the name of "Flor" and a sales person by the name of "Dan", were VERY professional, knowledgeable, and ultimatlely excellent in taking care of my needs regarding the return of a phone and an upgrade to a better phone at minimal cost. I was given great, courteous treatment by staff, and am pleased with the entire experience. BRAVO FLOR & DAN!!!!!

Associates told me where to rent a truck for my TV, I mistakenly thought I could load it on top of my Jeep Renegade! Then they loaded it in the truck for me, and I got it home no problems! Thanx!
