Terrible service if you can call it that. No acknowledgment whatsoever and waited for over 30 minutes to speak to someone (which never happened). This was the last time I ever step foot inside this store again. Do better.

Just bought a gift online for Christmas gift and now told that I have to pay 50.00 to exchange size of product since it's a cellular device. Never opened and to boot they do not allow exchanges after xmas it still 14 days.. Not easy to do business is not helping BB stay in business. Amazon is more accommodating.
