Always live Best Buy. The problem is that as many employees as they have, they walk right by you without offering to help or assist in any way. It’s like they pray you don’t ask. Very time consuming to look for everything yourself.

It's a miracle to find anyone in this store that knows anything about their own products. Pick a department; Ask a question and you end up with a kid buried in a smartphone scrolling for 10 minutes looking for an answer you could have gotten yourself. No one knows where anything is. Their own line of products are terrible, so It might as well be a vending machine or a showroom for things ordered online. Best Buy took a Walmart approach to technology and ruined a local economy of educated salespeople and customer service. Not sure why these stores even exist anymore.

If you want to buy something is better do it online because in person the store have few salesmen to helping you with the information about the products.
