The worst Best Buy store in the whole country! I have been a customer of the store for almost 10 years, bought a lot of different goods in different states, but I could not even imagine such an attitude... I came here to change a protective screen with a "lifetime warranty because the old one was cracked. Victor from the customer center first told me that there was no such screen, but a screen from an iPhone 12 would fit my 11 Pro Max. The most interesting thing is that he also wanted to charge me $ 8 for installing the screen!! In the end, the seller removed my old protective screen without making sure that the new one would fit my phone and in the end I was left without a protective screen. Yes, they returned my money, but I have never met such stupid sellers in any Best Buy store in the whole country...
