The service in store was great. I went last week to get a new dryer and have it delivered and the sales associate helped and explained everything to me perfectly and made everything easy. My concern is… I was told that I was going to receive a phone call the day before my delivery date. I did not. They said I was supposed to get a call on delivery day. I did not. They said I was going to get a cal an hour before delivery. I did not. The tracker gave me a 4 hour window but the time of delivery based on the tracker continuously kept getting pushed back. It’s very frustrating trying to plan your day with kids and after school extra curricular activities when I have no time frame to go off of. I tried calling to get an update. Of course no one can help me. They don’t know anything about the deliveries, apparently. I asked to speak with a supervisor the first time I called because the representative was extremely rude and she hung up. So I needed to call back, wait on hold for another 20 min and I explained to the new rep that I wanted to complain about the previous representative. She claimed that no supervisors or managers were available. As usual. I told her that I can leave a voicemail and then SHE hung up on me!!! While I’m writing this, the tracker for delivery time got pushed back 3 more times. This is extremely frustrating because I’m just waiting around and no one can even PRETEND to want to help me or give me any other answers instead of “I don’t know. I don’t have information on the drivers”
