Qualifies for some of the shittiest service ever received. Best Buy AND geek squad need to get it together. Long story short, gave my wife wrong information multiple times, supervisor was useless, made my wife go back and forth for literally no reason. No tracking number provided, no confirmation email received, just wasted time acting like/being morons not knowing anything. Wife was guaranteed solution, which was then redacted when she showed up in person. 0/10 but i can't give anything lower than 1 star.

I came back to pick up an item that the store held for me overnight. I had a printed receipt from this location showing the exact out-the-door price, less than 24 hours old. When I returned, I was told they would not honor it because the sale “expired.” Even after speaking with a supervisor, I was told nothing could be done. If the store prints a receipt showing a final price, customers should be able to trust it. Instead, I left feeling misled and let down. I expected better integrity and customer service from Best Buy.

New Post Oct. 1. So we called again Tuesday because that was day it would ready. So we called which took forever for some to answer. To be told that they were still working on the new laptop. We got a text at 9:15 that it was ready to pick up at 5 o'clock Thursday. So we get on cell to conform and we wait and wait for a code so we can pick it. We will not be back after we pick it up. We will be going toward McAllen. Made purchase of laptop an accessories to go with it of 1777.40. Alexis said to call and make an appointment so we can put on all the information on the old laptop to the new one. Been calling for 2 days and and writing this review and no one answers and you can't leave a message all we need is an appointment to bring our laptop in. Someone doesn't answer by today. By tomorrow we'll be taking everything back.
