I took my laptop to the Geek Squad to get it repaired and they said they couldn’t do physical repairs but they would ship it out for me. Okay sure. So they send it off, and I pay to ship it off, a few days later the repair will be 150, then 200, then 1,000 dollars to repair. Obviously I ask to cancel the repair and just get my laptop back, because 1k for a 600 dollar laptop is absurd. The repair necessary for my device was an outer hardware issue, my laptop was still working fine when I dropped it off, so how is it then when I get my laptop back after 2-3 weeks, it won’t turn on?! They claim it’s not their fault that my laptop is completely broken now, “it was already broken so it must’ve been jostled during shipping and broken further.” Are you kidding? So they break my laptop and then have the audacity to ask if I’d like to buy another laptop and transfer the data from my broken laptop onto it. Why would I buy from this location at all?! At the end of the day I still had to pay for the dumb 34 dollar USB to transfer my data onto. Be smart, don’t get your technology fixed here, utter waste of my time and money!

I needed to compare 2 tablets I was interested in. A nice young man helped me decide which one would suit me better. The only thing I was disappointed in was they didn't have the shield I needed for the front.
So yeah, better prices than Am$zon, no "slipping" of delivery dates (promise one date before the sale and another after) and a human to help. What's not to like?
