We purchased a refrigerator at Best Buy in Brownsville. We also purchased the repair service. Our ice machine broke and we asked for service April 30, 2026. The initial appointment was approx 4 weeks wait. We told them it likely needed a new ice machine but they did not bring one on the first visit. They diagnosed the problem as a broken ice machine. Our follow-up appointment after that was another 3 week wait. Therefore from call for repair to fixed problem was 7 weeks. This is totally unacceptable! WE do not recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with Loerie at Best Buy’s Customer Service / Online Pickup department(BROWNSVILLE, TX). She was not helpful at all and showed little interest in resolving my issue. Her tone of voice was unprofessional, and her facial expressions and gestures made the interaction even more unpleasant.
Customer service employees should be approachable, respectful, and willing to assist customers, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. Best Buy should place greater emphasis on attitude, communication skills, and customer service during the hiring process, as employees are a direct reflection of the company.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the customer experience in the future.
