Walked in with a little less than 15 minutes left till closing. The product I needed to buy was in stock but the employee helping me just kinda passed me off to a different employee who couldn’t find it. There were like 5 employees standing around by the entrance play fighting watching me wait around for like 10 minutes and when the person helping me finally found it they said the registers were all closed so I have to come back tomorrow to buy it. Why are you gonna waste my time standing around then not sell me anything? Why not tell me you’re closed instead of standing there watching me? No regard for that one employee who was actually trying to help me. It looked like even a manager was one of the employees just standing around doing nothing. At some point you’d think somebody would say something.

I just wanna say I had never been to best buy before but I had to return an item I had bought online and the employee that attended me by the name of Victor attended me very very well.he gave me the best customer service ever and always w a smile and positive attitude towards me .if their was more people like him the world would b different.Thank u so.
