Trying to verify if a product is actually there. If you call "the store" it is not the store and the national line will tell you that you can not get to the stores directly because there just so busy. I can use the Internet people what I need is a human to physically confirm with hands on products that it's actually there.

If it weren’t for James and the helpful staff I would give the customer service one star. Locally they are wonderful, try to call customer service and it’s a nightmare. James always goes out of his way to make it right. Go Burleson Best Buy!

Excellent service, the young man who helped us was great. We wanted a camera that wasn't in stock. He ordered it for us to pick up at the nearest store. He guided us to a carema with literally the same specs, same Sony brand, but had a viewfinder and was on sale. I'll look for my receipt and see if I can find the young man's name because he was legit the bestest.
