Had a terrible return experience today, dealing with Ovie. I understand not everyone in customer service can’t be at 100% all the time and learned social skills are at an all-time low, but my goodness to be rude and yell at a customer is unacceptable. Bless his heart. This is why people stick to buying online; wish I would’ve returned by mail instead.
