More and more of the cracks in our economy are showing. There are few staff and the only staff are either A. Avoiding being seen to avoid doing their job. B. Clueless.

Their Geek Squad premium subscription does NOT cover any type of phone repair other than iPhone repairs. What I requested wasn't even that difficult, I have the parts, but not the tools. I even watched tutorials on how to fix my Android phone.
