Best Buy is hands-down my favorite store, and my recent shopping experience only reinforced why. I was on the hunt for the perfect Christmas gift for my mom, who’s hard of hearing due to multiple sclerosis. She’s the best mom in the world, so I wanted to get her something meaningful that would improve her daily life.
Over the past two years, I’d saved $633 in Best Buy gift cards that I’d received for birthdays and holidays, so I was determined to find her something special. I decided on a high-quality soundbar with vocal enhancements to help her enjoy TV and movies again. The team at Best Buy went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect one, guiding me to a $500 Sonos soundbar that was on sale. Their knowledge and kindness made the whole process seamless.
I even had enough left over to surprise her with an air fryer—something she’s always wanted because she loves to cook. Seeing her smile when she opened her gifts made every penny worth it. Honestly, shopping for loved ones is so much more fulfilling than shopping for yourself, and I’m grateful to the Best Buy team for helping make my mom’s Christmas so special.

Why have a store and staff in various sections if they are unable to help with the basics of the products?
A basic question on a product feature resulted in the staff pointing to the QR Code and asking me to review the details online.
I guess, the purpose of investing in having stores and staff is lost when they are not of use to guide potential customers.
Good avenue to touch and feel the product before purchasing it from the cheapest online store. Days of this business model might quickly come to an end unless there's a pivot.

The young woman who helped me find where some products were was the first good employee I've seen at a best buy in over a decade. The checkout was nightmarish.
