Went in last night with my sister to look at Apple Watches. The guy with curly hair who helped us (or rather, didn't) had a horrible attitude from the start and clearly didn't care about helping customers. He flat-out refused to let us try on any of the watches, saying they don't allow it anywhere — not even at the Apple Store.
That was a complete lie. We left Best Buy, drove straight to the Apple Store, tried on multiple models right away with no problem, and ended up buying the watch there instead.
Extremely disappointed in the lack of basic customer service. If you're going to have employees who can't be bothered to let people try on Apple Watch (something every other store does), you're just driving business straight to your competitors. Won't be back to this location.
Worst experience I've had at Best Buy in a long time. Save yourself the frustration and just go to Apple.

Not sure why they have brick and mortar locations with humans inside. I've visited multiple times with the exact same experience. I've purchased thousands worth of TVs, and computers for our business and not once had an employee offered to help. All they do is stand around inside the store chatting with each other and watching their phones. On my last visit while carrying out a large TV, employees were so consumed in their conversations, they didn't even bother to move out of our way in the walkway. We had to go awkwardly around them and they didn't even acknowledge us. You're better off researching everything you can online and purchase from whoever you feel is best.
