Biggest waste of time ever! The sunglasses guys were great! It was the laptop ‘purchase’ that was annoying and tbh I’m so irritated idk if I’ll be back. We were quoted $250 to simply RUN A DIAGNOSTIC ON MY LAPTOP that didn’t include any repair. So we decided to buy a new one, or hoped to. Once we finally found one that fit our needs naturally we had to wait for an attendant, all well and good we can wait! There are 3 people behind the counter, 2 people actively with customers one guy watching. The guy watching walks off telling us ill be right with you (this is after 5 minutes of waiting) another 3 minutes go by he returns with googone and proceeds to wipe a screen down ignoring us and flirting back with the customer the other attendant is helping. After watching them laugh and rub circles on the screen were at about 10 minutes of standing he then pulls out another bottle and continues bantering with the customer THE OTHER GUY IS HELPING and at this point it’s been 10-12 minutes of standing there after being told we would get help and got ignored to what appeared to be flirting. Then finally when we decided to walk away we were asked how we could be helped AS WE WERE ON THE WAY OUT. Not towards or near the laptops. I understand having fun on the job and making connections, but genuinely every part of this shopping experience felt like pulling teeth, high school and being shoved off. We needed the laptop for work next week and we thought this was the place to stop.
