Joshua was awesome! I showed up at the last minute to pick up a tv. He was quick to help me not only get through the verification process, but to load the tv as well. On top of all of that, he was super friendly. Definitely coming back to this location. Thanks Joshua!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Best Buy location. I purchased a MacBook after being specifically told that it would arrive the NEXT DAY. I made my purchase based on that promise, and now TWO DAYS have passed and I still have not received my MacBook. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. Yesterday, I called the store and spoke with a supervisor who assured me that he would personally keep me updated regarding my order. I have not received a single call, text, or update from him. If you cannot guarantee a delivery date, then DO NOT promise customers that their order will arrive the next day just to make the sale. And if a supervisor tells a customer that they will follow up, they should actually follow through. This has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I expected much better service from Best Buy, especially when purchasing an expensive product like a MacBook. At this point, I still do not have the product I paid for, I have received no meaningful update, and the promises made to me by both the sales staff and management have not been honored. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this location if you need your order by a specific date.
