Ordered a TV with 1 week delivery and installation scheduled. Received confirmation text that it was to be delivered. The day it was due they cancelled the delivery WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW. Now scheduled 10 more days out. Also , my account does not show I ordered anything. ??? On phone for 45 mins just to have them tell me there is nothing they can do. Wow.

I stopped by the Best Buy at Lakeline today looking for a specific item, and unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock. Even so, the experience was genuinely positive thanks to the employee working up front. He took the time to look it up, check availability, and try every option he could to help me locate it. You don’t always get that level of effort these days, and I really appreciate it. Even though I didn’t walk out with what I came for, I left grateful for the customer service.
