Discovered that my small freezer went out in the morning and had a new one by 2PM. Ordered it at 12:30PM online and picked it up within an hour. That is what I call service. I checked all other major retailers and only Best Buy had the one I wanted at the right price.
Unacceptable customer service and inventory tracking. I purchased an Xbox controller directly inside this store. When I attempted to return it, the store refused the return. They claimed the serial number on the controller did not match their system. They even accused me of trying to pull a common scam.The real issue is that their own cashiers are failing to scan the correct serial numbers during checkout. Instead of checking their internal inventory tracking errors, they blame loyal customers who spend thousands of dollars here. I will not be shopping at this company ever again.
