Very disappointed with the staff, I asked for a device price comparing to thier online service they were like get it in online….Not going again and don’t recommend people going in here

I usually don't mind a helpful associate and think it's just indicative of their efforts to provide good customer service. But this visit was a whole thing entirely. It felt like going into a used car lot. There is desperation in the air. Employees hover and try too hard to upsell. It's so off putting. Then you get all of the membership and card pitches at the register twice because you have to clear 5 different screen prompts just to pay. Good customer service is about being human. Not just being a salesman. The humanity seems completely sucked out of that place.

I've had a fair share of bad best buy experiences but this one was far from it. My first visit to this location and everyone working there was extremely helpful and just kind. Such a difference than my local best buy. You guys are the gold standard of what it should be like shopping from Best buy.
