2 hour pickup takes 2 days, and you are left in the dark about it the entire time. No updates, no info about the delay, and if you call to ask about it you get routed to a call center with rude staff who tell you to go in-store to complain to the manager about it then hang up on you.
Very bad service, they have so many employees and the service is very slow. More than 2 hours of waiting to pick up something

I was looking for a remote control for my TV and I couldn't remember exactly which brand of TV.
The young lady I spoke to knew her products.
I enjoyed going to that store. Best buy has great products.
