Really bad experience ordering appliances from this store. I spent a whole day at home waiting for the appliance survey to come and measure everything to make sure the installation goes smoothly. He signed everything off and stated “ready to install”
They arrived - fridge didn’t fit, oven came with missing parts and they couldn’t complete the installation. I sent them back with all the appliances and canceled the order. What a waste of time.

Absolutely the worst company on the planet. I have been trying to get a washer and dryer delivered to my house and these incompetent people cannot simply get it right. On multiple occasions I have told them and their delivery team I am not available until 4 pm. They have deliveries until 7 pm and somehow they keep coming hours before then I have to wait multiple days because the dumbasses have to reschedule me again. If Negative starts was an option they would have it
Update. Went to the store to try and resolve it only to be met with excuses and more reasons they messed up so I cancelled the order
