Best in electronics and you get to touch and feel before you buy unlike online shopping
For over 10 years, this place been our favorite, me, my kids and family, we just love that place and love to be there often, I'm only giving 4 stars because of the lack of staff, there is almost no one to assist, most employees are only working for samsung, apple or another brand and when you approach them for help they say Oh we don't know, let me call someone for you, they do call but that someone arrives after a long wait.
Confusing pickup and customer checkout lanes but overall okay
Store manager Patrick is a total jerk has a smart attitude and a sharp tone when talking to customers he really has no clue how to deal with customers and truly needs a good manager training session in order to gather the knowledge of how to deal with customers. He needs to watch his scoffing an tone
