Good variety of electronics but was a bit pricey for me. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the store is easy to navigate.
Waited 30 to 35 minutes to ask a simple question to make sure I was purchasing the correct laptop. Staff on their phones and inattentive. Took 5 " excuse me please " to get the sales rep to even acknowledge my existence. Glad he helped me when he did because I was just about to walk out of the store.

This location repeatedly recommended incorrect items despite clear requirements, which led to wasted time and unnecessary back-and-forth. To make matters worse, the delivery was scheduled incorrectly—even after confirmation—causing further inconvenience and delays.
What stood out the most (in a bad way) was the aggressive sales approach. Instead of listening to customer needs, the staff pushed add-ons and products that were neither relevant nor helpful, creating an uncomfortable and frustrating experience.
Between poor product guidance, operational mistakes, and high-pressure sales tactics, this store clearly lacks customer focus and accountability. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative locations or retailers unless they want to deal with avoidable stress and incompetence.
