Me nor my business will be using bestbuy anymore. Use to purchase all necessary TV’s/computer etc. but today I had an experience with a rude employee in The Pc section. A new mouse had come in I wanted to check out, no floor model was present. I asked the employee if he could open the box , that had clearly already been opened by someone since you could see the tape peeling back.
He refused to and stated a 30 day return policy. This doesn’t make sense, you want me to buy, open, look and touch the mouse and if I don’t like it return it on the spot and waste everyone’s time.
I understand company policy but this is just plainly not using your brain.
Employee was really nice when speaking to my girlfriend in another section, but very rude to me. Seems odd.
