This was my shortest best buy trip ever. I had stopped by to view some products with my wife when one employee interrupted our conversation to say “do you need anything’ because we close in 30 minutes and I am not trying to get anything from the back last minute” which is understandable considering they were going to close soon, but that was not the correct way to approach customers. Despite this we went up to checkout as I had noticed they had some Pokémon products behind the counter, but when I asked the cashier if I could purchase one he coldly said no despite them being in clear view for any customer to see. As many of us can understand working a closing shift is not the best, but we had not disturbed anyone and can’t find any reason as to why we would be met with poor service.
Called said pokemon cards were in stock got here said there is nothing.
After all these years, still the Blue Box is still the place to go play in when you want to experience some of the latest tech, gadgets, and home experience products.

I’ve always had a great experience shopping at Best Buy. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help — whether it’s finding the right tech product or answering questions about setup. The store is clean, well-organized, and has an amazing variety of electronics, from laptops and TVs to smart home devices.
Checkout is fast, online orders are easy to pick up, and their price matching policy gives me peace of mind that I’m getting the best deal. I’ve also used their Geek Squad service, and they go above and beyond every time.
Highly recommend Best Buy for anyone who values great customer service and reliable products!
