Horrible refurbished phones. No amount of money saved is worth the needless frustration and outrage I had to deal with over one refurbished phone bought from Best Buy that had repeated issues leading me to spend the next YEAR returning 4 different phones under warranty to their Gadget Source vendor who handles the warranty. Worst part is each replacement phone I received had the same problem. So insulting and reprehensible to keep recycling the same phones back to a customer. Most infuriating waste of time

Didn't have what I needed. Was on the website as available, drove over and the sales person had no idea even after showing him a picture. But, I still love me some Best Buy.
