Calling the store used to lead to a person at the store.
Now it redirects to an automated system, that when worked through to a real person, redirects you to an out of country call center.
I'm trying to ask about stock on particular items at the store. But actually getting in touch with someone at the store seems to be outsourced now.
It was a great experience. I had an alarm system installed on my truck they give me 2 1/2 hours but it was done in 1 hrs 1/2.
They never have what I'm looking for.
