I hadn’t shopped at Best Buy in over a decade, but my recent experience completely changed that — all thanks to Aiden. The customer service was truly unmatched. Aiden was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely fun to work with. He went above and beyond by helping me set up my new phone and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Because of Aiden, I’ll absolutely be coming back here for my future electronics purchases. Highly recommend this location!

I purchased the device insurance last year when i bought my laptop. I went to the technology service desk because my phone wasn’t during on despite being plugged in for over an hour. My volume up button was also stuck, which told her if that can’t be fixed it’s fine i just need my phone on, and the technician quickly told me i needed to buy a whole new phone. Thankfully i went home and decided to plug it into my computer and found out i was able to reset it from my laptop and it is now fine. What I don’t understand is how someone who is trained in technology didn’t even think to plug in my phone to a computer and run diagnostics, and instead was quick to tell me to spend $1100 and buy a new phone. I don’t understand why I paid for this insurance when their first response isn’t that they can try and fix it and rather “go buy a new one”.
Don't ever go to Best Buy for car stereo installation. We scheduled an appointment and told them exactly what equipment we had and what needed to be installed. We paid the $215 up front. My son dropped his car off and was then told he needed to spend another $250 on wires because what he had wasn't correct. He agreed on that and then was told it's another $50. I then tried calling the store and was pushed through to a call center. I requested multiple times to talk to the install techs to understand the additional charges and was ultimately told they don't answer the phone and that I needed to make an appointment.
Ultimately, customer service was worthless. We got a refund on the install charges and are going elsewhere. DO NOT GO TO BEST BUY. Transparency and customer service don't exist there.
