Great service, got in and out quickly.
I had an uncomfortable experience at this location on Saturday. During checkout, the cashier (name tag said “Esme,” though she mentioned her name might be Victoria) had a Bible open on the counter and repeatedly asked us, “Do you know how much Jesus loves you?” three times during the transaction. After completing the purchase, she then asked if she could pray for us.
This felt inappropriate and awkward in a retail checkout setting. I’m not sure if this reflects store policy or an individual employee’s actions, but evangelizing at checkout made the experience uncomfortable and is not something I would expect during a routine purchase at Best Buy.
Employees were nice and helpful
Cashier ignored the rebate we mentioned because he didn't know what to do to get us the discount. We was upset when we insisted that he call the manager. Took us about half an hour to resolve.
