Best Buy College Station

This is not for the team at this location they did everything they could to help, this is for the best buy head quarters. I bought a open box fridge, had it delivered yesterday looked brand new, was told that it might have scratches and that's why it was marked down. The fridge dose not work at all not the fridge part or the freezer part. Called customer service was told I would have to wait till Thursday to have someone out there! THURSDAY it's Saturday right now, talked with another guy that the manger got me in contact with he was absolutely zero help. His only options where" we can get you a new fridge of the same kind but you will have to pay the difference and it won't be there till Wednesday" are you freaking kinding me I just spent over 3,000 on appliances at your store and you want me to pay more for a fridge, when the fridge you sold me never worked to begin with. Do better best buy! Again the team at this location wonderful thank you again for trying to help.

The employees are very helpful and courteous. They actually walk up and ask to assist you rather than hide and wait to be asked questions. They still believe in customer service and it really shows.

Best Buy is okay. This review is about the New Apple Iphone 17e polycarbonate case. I got it directly from Apple and will post a review on Apple. I just want customers to new that the new polycarbonate case that Apple is selling through Best Buy and is the case automatically sent when you get a 17e direct from Apple is thin and slippery. I was angry when I got mine and will not be using it. It is so slippery, I can see my phone slipping out of my hand every time I reach for my phone. Terrible. I am not looking for a silicone clear case like I have with my I-phone 13. Lesson learned, I will never again order accessories directly from Apple where I can not see what the product is.
