Responsive and fast service!… if you’re there for something over a grand. But say you’re only there for something a couple to a few hundred bucks then expect to be left waiting… and waiting… aaaaand waiting. I was there for a smart watch and I tried to make eye contact multiple times with passing staff but it’s like I didn’t exist. Or maybe something about my jeans and polo said I was poor? I was read to walk out with an Apple Watch series 11 but was left waiting and being disabled with no sitting area I couldn’t keep standing any longer. Got a gaming laptop before at this location and had a completely different experience. I guess something 1/3 the price isn’t as worth it.. not even a “sorry someone will be right with you.” Nothing. I’m fine getting it cheaper elsewhere. Service will certainly be faster I’m sure.

This is not for the team at this location they did everything they could to help, this is for the best buy head quarters. I bought a open box fridge, had it delivered yesterday looked brand new, was told that it might have scratches and that's why it was marked down. The fridge dose not work at all not the fridge part or the freezer part. Called customer service was told I would have to wait till Thursday to have someone out there! THURSDAY it's Saturday right now, talked with another guy that the manger got me in contact with he was absolutely zero help. His only options where" we can get you a new fridge of the same kind but you will have to pay the difference and it won't be there till Wednesday" are you freaking kinding me I just spent over 3,000 on appliances at your store and you want me to pay more for a fridge, when the fridge you sold me never worked to begin with. Do better best buy! Again the team at this location wonderful thank you again for trying to help.

The employees are very helpful and courteous. They actually walk up and ask to assist you rather than hide and wait to be asked questions. They still believe in customer service and it really shows.
