Geek Squad member was very patient with the older gentleman before us.

I took my very old laptop in to the geek guy because I had a McAfee popup on my computer that I could not get rid of. The geek guy was so nice. He was able to remove it and showed me what to do if it happened again and he did not charge me! Then I went over to see Grady in sales and he helped me choose a new laptop (and it was on sale). He even went out of his way to set it up for me. What a nice experience it was. I have been putting off getting a new laptop for over a year because I was dreading having to figure it all out. Thank you to both of the guys for all the patience and help today.

I wish I had gotten the young man's name who helped at the Greek Squad desk. My husband had lost a bunch of very needed apps. On his phone and we couldn't figure it out, this young man, ( white, dark hair, glasses) helped us so professionally and patiently, it was a pleasure to meet him and I feel ashamed for not getting his name, but we can't thank him enough. The young lady door greeter was also so nice.
