Refused to price match a walmart item, despite telling me they price match with walmart. Wanted to price match Air pods, which were 50 bucks cheaper at Walmart, and I made sure it could be done with the store associate, they said it should be fine as long as it’s from Walmart itself, not a third party vendor. The item was from Walmart itself. A manager then proceeds to tell me they will not price match the headphones because “it’s a special Walmart sale “ and told me at this time, no Best Buy in the nation will price match anything from Walmart or Amazon if it’s a “special sale”. What’s the point of having the price match option if you don’t…. price match?? I’ll take my business to Walmart instead.
Went in to Geek Squad to get computer repair diagnostics and quote..the young man behind the counter was arrogant, rude, spoke down to me, Helped other customers while "helping " me, which in turn didn't allow him to hear me when I was explaining what the issues were. He opened my laptop and just started punch buttons, disregarding what I was explaining to him of what was wrong..he kept arguing with me and was repeatedly hitting the f9, f8 buttons without using fn. What started as a blue screen pnp error turned into the entire hard drive crashing. Then he quoted me $300 or more without actually knowing what was wrong..he then tried to sell me a repair membership, and then whined that he wouldn't get his commission if I didn't buy it from him.
