Ordering online and notifications went very well. Pick Up from best buy was not good. It is a very long waiting time in best buy even though you are waiting second in line and have been notified that the parcel is ready.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend Ann in Geek Squad. She gave me absolutely terrible customer service. She didn’t acknowledge me while in line as I stood for ten minutes minimum with no acknowledgment. When she finally made it around to assist me she asked what I was here for in an extremely rude tone. She proceeded to ignore me and tell off another customer. If I could leave zero stars I would. This was my second visit here due to my back phone screen. She gave horrible customer service for both visits. I 100% don’t plan on coming back due to her horrible customer service.
I came to this Best Buy and it was fantastic! The staff was friendly, helpful, and actually had my order ready. They were also very apologetic for the other store's mistake.
Best Buy staff needs a major upgrade. Some have great customer service and give thier best while some are rude and incompetent. They have no manager when asked, and it shows that they have no leadership present. If anyone that cares is reading this and is affiliated with best buy HR and staffing sector. Please fix this, its called "best buy", I believed for a reason. Customers do not want to be stressed when purchasing Items, because the employee may be having a bad day.
