Buying experience was smooth. The store rep was knowledgeable and answered all our questions
Poor customer service. I selected a product from a locked display case, and when the employee took it out, they tried to charge me a higher price than the one shown. Later, they said the price was incorrect, but the explanation was unclear and the attitude was not friendly at all. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered a TV through Amazon. Its been almost a month. NEVER RECEIVED IT. HORRIBLE SERVICE
Do not bother making any kind of delivery with them. Worst experience ive never seen a company carry out a delivery process worse than this location..even when im there in person to make the order.
Ive shown up once to see if a product i wanted was available to be shipped to my house. They assured me it would, that they didnt have it in-store (which was fine I could wait the delivery time) but that even tho my house was in a new subdivision and some places don't see the address, that it could in fact be delivered. After making the purchase and waiting a day longer than the delivery time, with no delivery updates of any kind, I try to contact customer support as I was told to do by the staff when I paid for it in store. I gave support my explanation and asked why I hadn't received it or why there was no tracking number. They told me I would have to go back in store to handle the situation as there was no delivery under my name.
So I go back in store to get this mess figured out. The guy tells me that the delivery was never made despite me paying for it that day. And they processed it incorrectly which is why support never saw any kind of delivery either. So he says no worries I will do it correctly right now as long as you are OK with waiting another two days. Which I am fine with. He proceeded to double check my address and I say no I am at a new address now and we confirm the new address.
Now that the order was corrected, I have been receiving tracking updates. Wonderful! But tell me why I get an email saying it arrived..BUT TO MY OLD ADDRESS, THE ONE I TOLD THEM WAS NO LONGER MY ADDRESS. WTH?! WHY CANT THEY LISTEN AND WHY CANT THEY JUST DO STUFF CORRECTLY. Like he even said he edited my address and that it would be sent toy new address and now it seems he was clearly wrong and did not correctly update my address. What are these people even doing?!
