I went to Best Buy to purchase the Meta glasses and was hoping the employees could answer a few questions before I bought them. Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with didn’t seem knowledgeable about the product and weren’t able to provide much information. I ended up having to research the glasses myself while standing in the store, which took quite a while. Eventually I found the answers I needed and decided to purchase them anyway. I was happy to get the product, but I expected better product knowledge and customer support from the staff.
I really appreciate the service and selection at this location. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the place is really unmatched in terms of being able to see products in person and try them out. Glad to have them here!
Well I haven't shopped BB in years. I was temped by a deal on a product I'd been watching for a bit. Now I'm willing to buy but steered toward the app promising I could skip the check-out. Right in front of God and everybody, the cashier admitted that isn't really the case=(truth).
I gave 'em a break because I saved $100, and the cashier was really intending on not seeing me leave with an ill experience. That and I had an extra 20 minutes to spare. I'd do it again to save $100, but I don't have to appreciate it.
Smaller best buy but good
