We would like to thank all of the management of Bet Buy for helping us solve our problem with Samsung. Our Samsung TV was purchased in October 2025 and still under the Samsung warranty when the top third of the screen was darker than the rest of the screen. May 14th - We called Samsung in hopes of them sending out a repairman. After 3 1/2 hours, and speaking with the 3rd person who wanted us to adjust the TV again, we explained to her we had already tried to adjust the TV with 2 other people before her. She would not send a repairman; so, I ask to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor also told us to try to adjust the TV again. We explained to her we had already adjusted it with the first 2 technicians and would she send a repairman. She said would not, and when I ask her name, she hung up. May 19th - We visited the Best Buy store and spoke with a manager. He called and spoke with Samsung with no results. The manager did schedule the Geek Squad to come to our house on May 29th (free of charge). May 29th - The Geek Squad diagnosed problem - the top panel of the screen was going out. They attempted to have the whole TV replaced, but since it was still under the Samsung warranty; therefore, this was not possible. June 3rd - Our next stop was to go back to Best Buy where we met another manager, Olivia. She was a tremendous help. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone, Olivia was able to get Samsung to schedule an appointment with a repairman for June 8th. June 8th - The Samsung repairman, James Le, showed up at our house and diagnosed the problem was the top panel in the screen was going out, and he replaced the screen. We say all of the above to say this - Without Best Buy's helpful management, we would never have been able to get our TV repaired. Thank you so much. Even though we will never buy Samsung products again, we will continue to buy from Best Buy because the management went out of their way to help us. Gary and Sondra Willeford

I ordered a microwave oven and it was supposed to include a trim kit for installation. The kit was NOT ordered/included and the microwave when delivered couldn’t be installed. I’m very disappointed with the lack of follow-through by associate taking my order and the wait time (2 1/2 weeks!) for trim kit to finally come in. I’m still waiting. Not one of Best Buy’s shining moments.
