My man Cristian at the mobile department took care of me and made sure everything was to perfection with my order. Handled the product with care and all. I couldn’t have asked for a better employee to have represented BestBuy . He set the standard high, ya’ll please be more like Cristian. This guy is awesome.

My wife and I came in looking for a new gas range. While we were in the appliance section, Rachel offered to help us and was very professional and genuinely willing to assist us in finding the right stove. She spoke with Nate, the manager, and together they found exactly what we were looking for. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Customer service like this really stands out nowadays. We left feeling confident in our purchase and very happy with our experience. Thank you Rachel and Nate, for all your help!

I spent $1000. For a computer at 3pm. My appointment with geek squad was at 345pm. I live 45 minutes away. I went to geek squad and I was treated baaaaad. I just wanted to drop it off. Noone else was there but me. The lady there was rude and mad. She walked away from me. I just bought a washer and dryer there. I wanted a refund. Atleast they got that right. The crew there are terrible. Never going back to that store. It used to be a great experience now it is so terrible. Your geek squad needs to be fired. Hire senior citizens they go work because they like to work. Watch the video and you can see how rude the lady was. Long black hair with some gray.
