I just had a thoroughly unpleasant experience with the door receptionist at this store. I went in to buy a Google 8 pro. None on display. I asked if he had them in stock. He checked and said yes. I asked if I could see one and he said no. He said you'd have to buy it but there's a $45 restocking fee if you don't like it. Oh... Okay... Then I asked the cost - $629. And if they could transfer all of my information from my old phone - Yes, for $100. Unless you're a premium member. I asked if Verizon charges the same $100, he said "Ask them". I asked if I was a premium member and he looked me up and said no, just a regular member.
I think the worst part was that there was no smile, no apology, no jeez I wish I could help or do better. Just stone-faced, staring at me like I was bothering him. Zero concern, zero care.
I left and I won't be back - not for a phone, not for anything.
