The store was clean and organized, but it was hard to find staff who weren’t already helping other customers. I walked around for about 15 minutes trying to locate a power inverter and couldn’t find anyone available to assist. Eventually, I ran into a random employee who pointed me in the right direction, and I was able to get what I needed. Overall, it worked out, but customer assistance could definitely be more accessible.

The installers arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had.
