The store was clean and organized, but it was hard to find staff who weren’t already helping other customers. I walked around for about 15 minutes trying to locate a power inverter and couldn’t find anyone available to assist. Eventually, I ran into a random employee who pointed me in the right direction, and I was able to get what I needed. Overall, it worked out, but customer assistance could definitely be more accessible.
Geek Squad people— all 4- are very well trained. They also have the patience of a saint.

I had an excellent experience with my TV installation. From start to finish, the communication was clear and timely, which made scheduling easy and stress-free. The installers arrived right on time, were extremely professional, and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had.
The installation itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Everything was clean, secure, and perfectly set up before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in providing great customer service.
