How do I check product availability at the Conroe Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Worse customer service will never be back. Paid a year of geek squad tech support and they scheduled me at 2. When I arrived anna said my appointment was at 2:40 I told there must be a mistake I was told 2. She ignored me and walked off and told the other tech loudly she's 40 minutes early so he walks off and refused to help me. The call center documented 2 p.m. and put the ticket in still with me calling the tech center and them talking to the manager they still refused to see me on my scheduled time of 2 p.m. speaking to the manager Jamarcus at the conroe location was pointless no customer service skills just was told that there busy and I would have to wait till 2:40. Horrible customer service and Anna was rude and ruthless, no compassion in regards to there call centers mistake not even an apology from her or the manager JaMarcus.
