I have never had such amazing customer service. Crystal in the phone department is amazing. She exhibited knowledge, compassion, and dedication. Thank you Crystal for making an otherwise stressful process fun!

The service here is terrible, and the staff is incredibly rude. It's like everyone is ignoring you. You practically have to set off an alarm on the products just to get any assistance. They can never locate the inventory, even though it shows as in stock. This has happened multiple times when I've gone to buy items like the iPad Pro, Apple Pencil, Logitech Super X Gaming Mouse 2, Samsung TV, and Apple Watch. It's really disappointing, especially considering the number of employees who purposely avoid eye contact and just huddle together, laughing and doing nothing.
