I had a mixed experience at this Best Buy location.
On the positive side, I initially received a detailed quote for my purchase totaling around $9,003.98. When I placed the order, a few items had increased in price, but the team was able to honor and match the quoted prices, which I truly appreciated.
However, my experience with customer service during order modification and cancellation was disappointing. There were a few items that I decided not to proceed with not because I was returning them, but simply postponing the purchase to next month. While trying to cancel those specific items, the agents were not very responsive, and the attitude I received felt dismissive and unhelpful.
I was polite, respectful, and clearly explained my situation, but unfortunately, I did not feel treated with the same level of respect. Customer service is not just about completing a transaction, it’s about how customers are spoken to and supported, especially during changes or concerns.
I don’t believe in judging or discriminating against anyone. I was simply seeking help, and the tone and behavior I encountered did not meet the level of professionalism I expect from a store like Best Buy.
Overall, the pricing support was good, but the customer service experience needs improvement, particularly in communication, responsiveness, and basic courtesy.

Nice store, good parking. Did an online order & picked it up quickly & easily. After some store browsing of course. Lots of cool expensive gadgets there
Big shoutout to “crispy bill” Nate for his exceptional customer service! He was friendly, professional, efficient, and very accommodating which are rare traits nowadays. My friend and I really appreciated his help!
Had product I was looking for, but absurdly LONG line to check out. (all the way around check out area and down wall around to back of store & down back wall) Only 2 cashiers working, customer service wouldn’t straight tender any merchandise. At holiday season (I went 12/22) this is unacceptable! I left merchandise and exited store.
