Best Buy Cypress

Came to the store at 8:50 am, lined up for Pokémon cards. Employee came out It’s 9:55 am to tell people they don’t have any Pokémon cards in stock. Would have appreciated the notice head-up time after seeing 12+ employees walk into the store.

⭐ “Good condition” shouldn’t mean a monitor with nothing needed to use it!. Today, I ordered a 34-inch ultrawide monitor from Best Buy listed as Open Box – Good Condition. I drove 40 minutes to pick it up and another 40 minutes home, only to discover the monitor in shabby packaging with no power cord, no power supply, no cables, no stand, and no instructions. Just the monitor. When I called Best Buy, I was told that open-box items in “good condition” can be missing accessories. But how is a monitor missing everything needed to power it on and set it up considered a reasonable purchase? These are essential components, and their absence should be clearly disclosed before someone orders and makes the trip. I then had to drive to another Best Buy to return it. Altogether, this wasted two to three hours of my time, plus gas, for absolutely nothing. Saving $30–$40 was nowhere near worth this frustration. After this experience, I would rather order a complete monitor from Amazon than take another chance on Best Buy’s open-box deals. Best Buy, inspect what you sell and clearly tell customers what is missing.

Go somewhere else if you’re trying to repair an iPhone or any Apple product.
