They couldn’t get the Microsoft to work, even after we did a hard reset. After being there for an hour I went sat in my car and study and google what was going on. After doing that I was able to get it to work. All along I was lock out of Microsoft and had to create a new password to get in. I was told by the tech that it was the laptop that I needed to trade it in then I was told get with the school that it was my school email. I had to Smh, because I’m pretty good and investigated my own IT issues. I should have did this before I went to the store. So if you ever get lock out of Microsoft. Log on to account.live.com to reset the password.

I am an older person and not familiar with all the new electronic items....but I so enjoy buying those items at Best Buy in Cypress. I have purchased quite a bit , and whoever waits on me is so very helpful and patient. Yesterday ,I purchased a magnetic power bank. Rae, not only set it up for me, but also when I told her I was going overseas, she showed me how to use a free app for talking to my family while there. (That was really going the extra mile !)
Rae is a knowledgable, efficient, and a delight to talk to.
