I got a great deal on an "open box" Samsung Galaxy Watch 7. Yes, it had been opened, but looked perfect and the startup experience was a "new product" experience. I knew what I wanted before I came in. Asked one of the associates for help and he immediately hooked me up with the right person. I was on my way out of the store in less than 10 minutes. Great experience all around.

Drive 40 minutes to buy an open box monitor at this specific store cause they had one in stock. After 20 minutes they find the monitor, have me pay and everything without even showing me the monitor. Then they inform me it has no BOX, NO POWER ADAPTER, and they say hey, it's open box. They then spent 20m looking for one, surprise, they can't find one and say I should return it or I can order a replacement from LG. I ask them to make sure to put the return on a gift card so I can go to a different bestbuy and at least still get a monitor today. The stoner employee says OK no problem. Then refunds it to my credit card and says 3-5 business days for refund. The incompetence here is shocking. Avoid this location.
