In the age of online retail, it’s so nice to go to a brick and mortar and be able to touch and see products. I was coming to look at the new Ours rings and wanted to try the sizing. They had a nice display upfront and easy to find.
There was a long line at the checkout, which told me they were shortstaffed probably because most people buy things online. And no one approached me and asked if I needed any help. But that was OK because I was just sizing and doing my research ahead of time.

Seems a bit poorly managed. The guy at the door was helpful, put on the floors employees standing around not offering to help you find stuff. Even the manager on duty didn't understand his product very well. I had to point out that the C hub he pointed me to did not supply power. Did not have a C hub to use with a laptop I had bought from a different Best Buy. Had better experience with their 529 and highway 6 store.
