Other online and processed and picked up extremely quick
Pretty poor customer experience.
I’ve spent maybe close to 20k at Best Buy over the last year on business expenses.
All I wanted was for someone to show me that an all in one computer could support a dual monitor setup because I need it for a hospital in an area where there are no Best Buy’s around, and I’ve already made 2 trips trying to solve this issue.
I even asked the manager for help and he wouldn’t do it. Like, if I buy these and they don’t work I’m just going to be more upset because I now have to waste my time returning them.
Then I’m trying to get a computer that will support a dual monitor setup and they are sold out of everything…
I won’t be coming back to this Best Buy for business purchases anymore.
If you want a home theater install, call actual local pro's that answer the phone. Regarding support and contact, nothing but automated systems, neglect and additional costs for visits (when its their products issue). When you actually finally speak to a human in the US, they are out there in 2 weeks. Waited 3 months for the "refurbishing" fix and it just failed again. I quit Best Buy, you would think spending 40k on a system might get some respect.
