A salesperson from the Highway 6 store sold us Galaxy Tablet that was to be picked up from the Highway 290 store. When we arrived at the at the 290 store the salesperson said it would not be ready for a a few hours. Knowing that doesn't make sense, we asked for the manager to help resolve the problem. He said they don't have a Galaxy tablet, to include we won't see a refund for 48 to 72 hours! Help me understand how this can happen?

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the assistance I received at your store regarding a laptop I purchased in November 2025. I visited the store to speak with a representative from Geek Squad because the laptop has recently started making a strange and concerning noise coming from the fan. Given that the device is only a few months old, I expected to receive guidance on how the issue could be properly diagnosed and resolved. Unfortunately, the options presented to me were disappointing and unhelpful. I was told that my options were: Send the laptop through Best Buy for inspection. Find an external repair shop and pay for repairs myself. Contact Dell directly through the manufacturer’s warranty. Purchase a new laptop. The first option is not practical for me, as I rely on this laptop for work and do not have another device to use while it is being inspected. The second option is not acceptable, as I will not pay out of pocket to repair a laptop that is still under warranty. I will be contacting Dell regarding the warranty as suggested. Additionally, the suggestion that I should purchase a new laptop may have been intended as a joke, but considering that I am dealing with a product that is only a few months old and already experiencing problems, I did not find this comment appropriate or helpful. While the representative later apologized and acknowledged that the comment was not appropriate, the situation had already become frustrating. I also brought this to the attention of the store manager, who did not appear concerned about the representative’s comment or the overall customer experience. As a customer, I expected clearer guidance, assistance navigating the warranty process, or support with a proper diagnostic through Geek Squad. Being told to potentially buy another laptop when the current one should still be in good working condition is disappointing.
