Great help there prices are right

I went into Best Buy in Cypress this morning and simply needed help with my iPhone. I went up to 3 employees standing there on the floor near the iPhones talking to each other and ignoring me. I said, you look like you are in a meeting. Devon the “supervisor” said YES we are in a meeting! I said so you can’t help me, a customer?? And they started laughing. So I went to the front and asked for a store manager. The employee said Nathan, the manager, was not there and you cannot reach him. A sweet employee at the checkout came and helped me instead. If this is the way you run your store I will not return.

Don’t buy a tv from them unless you open it in the store. I bought 2 tvs and when I got home and opened them one of the screens was cracked. Called and was told they would come out and fix it. When they got here they said it could t be fixed and I couldn’t return it because my 15 days was up . Buyer beware.
