How do I check product availability at the Cypress Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Cypress Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. Is it just me or are these stores now lacking critical technology choices once available in store? They had virtually zero options for a headset with a 3.5mm jack.

Recently purchased a TV from Best Buy and wasnt offered haulaway service Didn’t realize it was gonna be so hard to get rid of a TV. So I called and you cannot talk to your local store. So I talked to customer service and they told me that I could take the TV to Best Buy and pay $29 to have a recycled. I told them the size of the TV and verified again and they said it was no problem. So because I don’t have a truck I paid somebody to come and pick up the TV and take it to Best Buy. When they got there, one guy said no problem 2999. Another guy said we don’t take TVs bigger than 50 inches. They went back-and-forth and inevitably wouldn’t take the TV. I called customer service back since I had spoken with them and then they said oh the guy told you wrong. You can pay 100+ dollars to have the TV come taken away from your house. Mind you I just purchased an 85” Samsung from them. I asked if somebody would speak to me on the phone from the store through the person that brought my TV in. And they all refused and said we don’t handle any customer service in store anymore. I think this is a terrible business model. And I will not be purchasing from them again.
