I had a really disappointing experience with a sales associate during my recent visit. From the moment I approached them for help, they seemed uninterested and impatient, as if my questions were an inconvenience. When I asked for clarification about a product, their answers were vague and dismissive, and they didn’t make any effort to understand what I actually needed. After roughly five minutes of discussion the associate told me that he would be back and walked away and that was the last I saw from him. I ended up leaving this Best Buy without making a purchase.
