Nate had good customer service
If you want buy Apple products,there maybe a good choice
Needed high quality external sound system for aging 45" Toshiba TV with degraded internal speakers. BB sales team members do not work on commission, so I was able to listen to his recommendations and trust his reasoning. He took the time to demo several systems and I decided to go with his recommendation of the Bar 500MK2. Setup was straightforward and the sound quality is fantastic. Price was just right, not super cheap nor prohibitively expensive. Thank you BB.
We tried to call local store only to be answered by an AI assistant that wouldn't direct us to the correct place. Once we were connected to a human, we were told that a form needed to be submitted in order to talk to the store manager. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT!!!! After multiple attempts to speak to someone at our local store, I was asked to provide the information that the purchase was under. I provided my husband's number because the membership is under his number. Only to be told that the number im calling from doesn't have a purchase. NO SHIT. I told them it was under my husband's membership again and I was then told they couldn't decuss the purchase or return with me. Best Buy you really need to look into your customer service AI and Representatives.
