I am an older person and not familiar with all the new electronic items....but I so enjoy buying those items at Best Buy in Cypress. I have purchased quite a bit , and whoever waits on me is so very helpful and patient. Yesterday ,I purchased a magnetic power bank. Rae, not only set it up for me, but also when I told her I was going overseas, she showed me how to use a free app for talking to my family while there. (That was really going the extra mile !)
Rae is a knowledgable, efficient, and a delight to talk to.
I always like to give praise, when praise is do!!!

Ordered and selected delivery, their 3rd party delivery company, Roadie, never even attempted delivery and did not deliver my order. Best Buy has no way to contact the delivery company and there is no way to contact the Best Buy store directly. Cancelled my order and will be shopping elsewhere going forward.
