I don’t usually leave reviews, but the team at this location truly deserves recognition. Despite it being a very busy day, I was impressed with how attentive and patient the employee who helped me was. He took the time to listen to what I needed and didn’t rush me or try to upsell. He gave me exactly what I was looking for. It’s clear they care about getting it right, even while the store is packed.
What I didn’t like was witnessing how some customers treat the staff. While I was walking around and waiting, I saw one man flag down a female employee and immediately start speaking to her in a condescending, almost aggressive tone. Tried telling her how to do her job, like she wasn’t already juggling something else. When she remained professional, he managed to get another employee involved just turned his attitude on to him. It was uncomfortable to watch.
So here’s my advice for future shoppers: don’t come here expecting to bark orders and be coddled. The employees are doing the best they can while under pressure. The real issue isn’t the staff. It’s the people who aren’t wearing the Best Buy logos. The customers. Respect the people who are there to help you. Have patience and you’ll have a great experience like I did.
