How do I check product availability at the Park Lane Best Buy?

Waited well over an hour for the geek squad to look at my pc and they wouldn’t even touch it without me leaving it here for 3 days. Then the laptop charger I need is marked at $29.99 in 2 places, but rings up as $65.99 and the employees are not helpful at all.

Delivery person told me 1/2 machine is dented so I got it replaced, but later on I found out actually both are heavily dented and now it's too late to get it replaced because deadline has passed..

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. My deliver was cancelled, I was never informed and they pretended like I never scheduled my delivery. I’ve showed my email with the time and date (having to be off work for 12 hours due to slot) just for them to tell me hey we have a random weekday that we want you to be available for 12 hours again. I was promised calls from the several managers. Never got them. Customer service is Ai and the reps can’t assist you beside updates on orders and setting appointments. Very disappointed in BestBuy
