WARNING TO THE PUBLIC AND BEST BUY: THIS LOCATION IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO YOUR BRAND.
The employees here are absolutely TERRIBLE. They do not value customer service, and they definitely do not care about loyal, long-time customers who have supported Best Buy for years. Their attitude is indifferent, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. It’s no surprise this company is circling the drain — with staff like this, why would anyone want to shop here?
This experience made it crystal clear why Amazon is winning. They understand service. Best Buy clearly doesn’t anymore.
One employee even admitted to me that people are constantly quitting, and that they wanted to quit too. That says everything you need to know about what’s going on behind the scenes.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Save your time, money, and sanity. It’s a shame — Best Buy used to be a great company. Now it’s just a shell of what it once was. No leadership, no standards, no care for the customer. Avoid this place at all costs.
