I came in last Sunday after my iPhone battery died, rendering my phone completely useless. I was preparing to leave for a trip and needed a solution same day. Unfortunately this store didn’t have the battery I needed for an immediate fix, but the Geek Squad agent who helped me (I think his name is Simon) was so helpful in explaining my options and even went so far as to pull up a map and show me how to navigate to the Apple Store at north park. I know it’s just across the highway, but I’m new to Dallas and was anxious about driving over there without the help of my phone map. Thank you Simon for your excellent customer service!! If his manager sees this, I hope they recognize what an asset Simon is to the team. His kindness and patience really made a stressful situation so much easier.
