Today, I had a really great customer experience.
The wife and I dropped by for a small impulse buy. We're very lucky. We've struggled with steady employment for the last 4 years and are finally on firm footing. So many aren't as lucky.
Our AV equipment is 17 years old so we were looking to replace our home theater head unit. It burned out last month.
We were lucky again in meeting Marcus McKenzie. Marcus is AWESOME. Very professional. So technically knowledgible. Marcus understood our budget.
We're thrilled with our purchase and look forward to seeing Marcus in the future.
I don't go there for the electronics, mostly now is for pokemon cards and other cards, but is always empty and when you ask the staff is like they are doing you a favor! Understandably is not a pokemon or card store but if you are selling them, the service should be the same across the departments!
