They never have what we’re looking for, the staff is okay, quite friendly, others not super friendly but overall is alright. I’d recommend to be more specific regarding what you have in stock at the store and what has to be ordered online in advance.

We do our best to ensure that our customers are able to check store inventory prior to going to the store on our website, bestbuy.com. The inventory availability listed is generally accurate and we even provide the option to select store pickup to help have the item set aside and waiting for you when you get there (bestbuy.com/storepickup).

Don't buy nothing cash I actually bought a sony camera and a dji gimbal they refused to give me my money back which I paid cash for in less than 24 hrs it's not fair that I have to wait for vannesa was rude and unprofessional I'm a big buyer so yeah for any best buy rep there you lost a great customer look it up ..it's not fair I have to wait for 1570$ that supposably your store doesn't carry that amount of cash it's honestly funny and disrespectful your unproffessionalism made best buy loose a big customer my account is under normal I Gutierrez so yeah good luck with that no more 3k drones tvs or anything from there no more

I came here to buy a new keyboard for my PC and as soon as I walked I was kindly greeted by the front employees. It was a nice act, made me feel comfortable walking in the store. As I made my way to the keyboard section, I had 2 staff personnel ask if I needed help with anything which made my experience even better. The staff is very friendly and I think that’s a very important aspect for a store. I got help to look for the best keyboard I could get and even went ahead and got a few more things. I highly recommend this store and all of its employees!
