One of the worst experiences I’ve had. My deliver was cancelled, I was never informed and they pretended like I never scheduled my delivery. I’ve showed my email with the time and date (having to be off work for 12 hours due to slot) just for them to tell me hey we have a random weekday that we want you to be available for 12 hours again. I was promised calls from the several managers. Never got them. Customer service is Ai and the reps can’t assist you beside updates on orders and setting appointments. Very disappointed in BestBuy

Absolute pleasure working with Mr. Saleem while shopping for TV’s and sound systems. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in navigating this multi-tv shopping list with. I can only hope the delivery and installations are as great as he was today!

Curbside pickup took over 20 min. Best Buy has automated all of their phones so you can’t even speak to someone at the store. Don’t recommend shopping here unless you have the time to do it yourself in store.

I bought an expensive laptop that was shipped faulty. Best Buy Marketplace is a scam. Best Buy will not do anything for you especially this store. They will not stand behind their products even when you buy it in store. And they will not tell you that you are SOL when you buy it. Jonathan Vasquez and Kat were not helpful either. They will just give a number (which didn’t even help). Best Buy is going to go out of business. I was a loyal customer and shopped here thinking they stand behind their products or even third party vendors. Pro tip: if you shop at Best Buy Marketplace, you’re better off going to Craigslist or Amazon.
