Love Best Buy the Total Tech Program pays for itself with the warranty plans. The staff is great low pressure but super helpful just an all around good experience. Went into purchase the new meta glasses and came out with a new scooter too. 😂 The staff was knowledgeable and I was just browsing and next thing I know I realized I needed to get one of those. We had thought about it over the years. I couldn't beat the price. They had early Holiday deals with financing. And I had just paid off that card. The glasses department was helpful and again no pressure just good information. Refreshing experience.

Was there to buy a pair of airpods yesterday. After taking all of my personal information (name, phone number, email, and home address) to update my account, Ian (the guy ringing me up), asked me "what do you do for a living?" After telling him what I do, he then proceeded to ask me, and I quote, "How much do you make in a year?" which is an incredibly inappropriate question and made me feel very uncomfortable, especially since I had just given him all of my personal information. I told the guy working at the door about this encounter and he said "Oh yeah he's supposed to ask you that so we know what we should promote." As in, if you make more, they will try to sell you more. I hope this is not a Best Buy policy that they should ask this, but if it is, that is very wrong to profile people and assume what they will spend depending on how much they make in a year.
This is the worst best buy in the whole DFW GUS IS RUDE!!!!
