I bought an expensive laptop that was shipped faulty. Best Buy Marketplace is a scam. Best Buy will not do anything for you especially this store. They will not stand behind their products even when you buy it in store. And they will not tell you that you are SOL when you buy it. Jonathan Vasquez and Kat were not helpful either. They will just give a number (which didn’t even help). Best Buy is going to go out of business. I was a loyal customer and shopped here thinking they stand behind their products or even third party vendors. Pro tip: if you shop at Best Buy Marketplace, you’re better off going to Craigslist or Amazon.

Very nice customer service and friendly
BEWARE OF THIS STORE AND THEIR PROMISES!!!! I was promised price match on a laptop for wide range of websites…. Come to find out they will waste your time and not price match unless it’s their website or specifically Amazon. They did not make this clear at all or even mention the limitations on this. If you call into the store, you just get directed to people overseas who you can’t understand and actually don’t help whatsoever. They just tell you “they can’t do anything you have to go in store.” Will never come to any Best Buy again in the future. It’s a shame and they wonder why their company is struggling. Do yourself a favor and buy products straight from the manufacturer. Obv their customer service is not taken seriously. Employees did not try to help, direct me or look to providing solutions.
