Spent almost 2 grand on a “one hour pick up” item that is still not ready 20 hours later. Went in store to follow up about 6 hours after the online purchase was made and was met with ignorance the second I walked into the store- the two woman working the check out counter and customer service desk were far from helpful- and the woman at the customer service desk legitimately laughed in my face when I told her I was disappointed with the wait time on the item (again, the item I spent 2 thousand dollars on that was supposed to be ready in one hour). I did not see a mirror in the near vicinity for her to catch a glimpse of her reflection- so I still don’t know what she was laughing at. Roughly 20 hours after the purchase was made, I was notified that my card information was leaked through BestBuys website and not only did I have to cancel the purchase, I also now have to order a new credit card. Upon doing my own research- this seems to be a common issue with BestBuys online pick up system which is highly disappointing considering the price and quality of the items they are selling.

You pay several hundred dollars for an item and then they provide the wrong item and their AI Call Center won’t even allow you to call the store, just completely horrible service all around. Update: The soundbar they provided instead of the one I purchased is defective, and you cannot even attempt to fix it without a remote, which they didn’t provide either. The incompetence of this store is something I haven’t seen at any other Best Buy.
