How do I check product availability at the Park Lane Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Started reading the reviews for this place after order wasn't ready reasonably promptly like other Best Buy stores. Cancelled my order due to lack of trust with this location and conditions listed on open box.

Avoid this store!!!! I purchased a Samsung tv and when I got it home there were scratches all on it. I took it back up to the store for an exchange. I asked to look at the new tv before I took it home (the employees were very annoyed). The second one had scratches on it as well. I looked at 3 TVs all with scratches on the screens. I asked to speak with the store manager to see why this is happening. Carlos M. was extremely rude, aggressive and not helpful at all. I asked for a refund. I went to the Grapevine store and bought the same tv with no scratches at all. The Park Lane store is extremely mismanaged by Carlos M.! Apparently he is not overseeing quality control. Do yourself a favor and drive a bit further to another location!
