Customer services is quite bad even from managers and they focus heavily on upselling of their services which are price gouges and not any better than standard manufacturer warranty. Careful buying their plans. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

GEEK SQUAD IN THIS LOCATION IS EMBARRASSING
The Jokes on ME - I’m paying for this service every year!!!
The Park lane location service tech that works in the front (Manny if that’s even his name). Tyler in the back thought it was his name he guess…of Greek squad has NO idea what he is doing and don’t No who he books appointment for when he tells them to come back and he could help them.
I will be contacting the Services Manager or whom ever will resolve this problem with my items.
This location for Geek squad should close down, it’s taking up valuable space
