The reason you would go to an actual store to buy something is because you assume the staff would be helpful and that it would be more convenient.
Unfortunately “Sales Specialist” Gary was anything but, he was condescending and combative the entire interaction.
Guess I’ll just stick to Amazon.

I had an outstanding experience at this Best Buy today, thanks entirely to the supervisor, David. I came in looking for a new TV, and David went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one.
His product knowledge is impressive, and he genuinely listened to what I needed rather than just trying to push a sale. He made the entire process seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable.
It is rare to receive this level of customer service these days, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help. If you're heading to this location, I highly recommend asking for David!
