REESE GREETED MY MOTHER AND I AND HE WAS AWSOME!!! We had not had a good experience a year ago, but he made it for it in every way possible. He was so patient with my elderly mom, and it requires a lot of patience to deal with someone elderly and not trying to sale something that wasn't necessary. Calab at the door walked us out to put walker in my car for mom and again Reese was so kind and patient. These two gentlemen are definitely why we will not hate going to this best buy any more. its refreshing to be dealt with the best customer service. I hope best buy values good employees like these two are. We are so happy with our purchase of a new computer after knocking it over and breaking, so it was a stressful, but they made it all better. Thank you Reese YOUR THE BEST !!!

Went to buy a laptop and my credit card would not work unless I jumped through hoops and gave out pertinent info. Manager would not lift a finger to resolve the issue. Guess I won't be shopping there anymore. I bought my computer from Amazon
