Not the best customer service, waited 15 min for an item that had to be unlocked by an employee. Found it on Walmart - 1 day delivery for cheaper while I waited.

Geek squad helped me in a quick and easy manner. Very polite and listened to my problems and took them seriously
The tech I worked with was great,she made it easy to purchase the product I was looking for and making it available for customer to pick up
I recently purchased a tablet from another BestBuy location as an open box purchase. Once home, I discovered that the tablet was account locked and could not be used. I attempted to return the item, purchased at a BestBuy store, at this location. The manager refused the return and stated it had to go back to the original store an hour away. Mind you, this is most likely because the manager did not want a negative return value on their store though the item purchased was an item sold at their location. Not only was the return refused, I was then offered the chance to spend another $50 to have my return window extended! Absolutely horrible customer service and exactly why these type of stores are going out of business. As a once loyal BestBuy customer, I will find another store to make all future purchases. I can only recommend that you do the same.
