I just want to take the time out to say that Isaiah and Autumn really exceeded the customer service mark on my latest visit to Bestbuy Denton. I came in to trade in my Rayban Meta (Gen 1) and purchase the Gen 2’s and left completely satisfied. Excellent service with 5 stars across the board. Keep up the great work.
In store people knowledgeable, not so the online folks
Walked in knowing exactly what I needed, and the staff made it happen in record time. An associate greeted me almost immediately, pointed me straight to the right product without any runaround, and I was checked out and headed back to my car in under 5 minutes flat. No wandering the aisles, no waiting around — just fast, friendly, and efficient service. This is how retail is supposed to work. The Denton Best Buy team clearly knows what they're doing. Highly recommend!
So my old Ipad is finally giving up the ghost. Plugged in to a charger almost all the time. Best Buy indicates it cans still be traded in for a $25.00 gift card. Kristin at the customer service counter was a star helping me understand the process and complete. He patience was top notch and we got it done. Next Kristin directed me to where I could pick out a new Ipad. Lo and behold, I hit the jackpot again. The sales person that helped me was Grace. She made this process easy and efficient. It didn't take long and I was out the door with a new Ipad, that included a gratis 2 year Applecare for the ipad. Great experience here at the Denton Best Buy.
