Great customer service. Friendly staff. Overall great experience helped streamline my buying process which was a huge help.
I bought an amplifier that never worked properly from this store. I went through all the correct channels to try and solve the problem. I called kicker, best buy, and even crutchfield.com. then once I concluded they couldn't do anything I got snowed into my house. Now they refuse to exchange it. Literally told me they welill leave me with a faulty product rather than help at all.
Awe that's cute. Responding and not letting me respond publicly. Look at my account. Im a solid customer. Loyalty is easily lost when not reciprocated.
