I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, purchasing everything from high-end electronics to major home appliances. That loyalty ends today.
At approximately 4:00 PM, I encountered the Manager on Duty, and I have never experienced such a shocking lack of professionalism in my life. She was incredibly dismissive, blatantly rude, and deeply disrespectful. While I was speaking to her about an issue, she literally turned her back on me mid-conversation, completely ignoring me as if my time and business meant absolutely nothing.
It takes a special level of toxic management to treat a paying customer with that much contempt. If this is how Best Buy trains its leadership team to act, they don't deserve a single cent of my money.
I will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again. I'll gladly take my business to Costco, Amazon, or literally anywhere else that understands the basics of human decency and customer service. Avoid this store at all costs if you expect to be treated with an ounce of respect. AMAZON here I come
What ever you need in domestic electronics it's the place
Had to wait for 15 min ...had to go and look for someone in the area!!!
