Bad customer service. I was only a few days past my return policy and instead of at least offering me store credit for my items Esmeralda the store manager refused. I use to spend so much money here.

Seems like im not the only one that has been through this. Had to walk across the store to get an employee to help, they were all in groups chatting and even saw 3 of them playing around with what seemed to be a coffee machine. Anyways I asked for help and was told they would send someone over and no one ever showed up to help. Also left without making a purchase.
