I had an outstanding experience with the Best Buy Geek Squad yesterday when I needed help resetting my brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max to factory settings. After being informed by Adriana from the Verizon store on Southern Park that Best Buy is Apple certified, I decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I only waited about 10 minutes before being assisted. The team was incredibly efficient and managed to wipe my iPhone 16 Pro Max within another 10 minutes. I had been locked out of my previous device, the iPhone 14 Pro, due to my Apple ID, and not having the recovery key added to my frustration. What impressed me the most was that the Geek Squad staff did not harass me for my receipt, even though I had it on hand. Unlike my previous experience at the Apple Store, where staff were unhelpful and insisted on seeing the receipt at all times, the Geek Squad team was respectful and understanding. I also want to highlight how grateful I was that their assistance was free of charge. I genuinely felt a wave of relief when they helped me regain access to my device—so much so that I nearly cried! It’s clear that the Geek Squad excels in customer service, especially compared to my experience with Apple. Thank you, Geek Squad, for your amazing service! You guys are truly the best, and I appreciate everything you did for me.
So anybody needing help with any Apple products I would recommend not going to the Apple Store at Cielo Vista mall , they are all unqualified technical support, unprofessional, and unhelpful to any customer that walks in their Apple Store!❌📵 Definitely visit Best Buy geek squad west side location, they are efficient, professional, and obviously very knowledgeable when it comes down to technical support ☺️!!!!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩
Went the day after St. Patrick's day and they didn't have an open register but the manager sent someone over for me.
