I received a damaged order and when I talked to the online customer service they told me to go to the store and they going to do compensation for the damages and can keep the order since I’m leaving the country soon and they don’t have it in stock and there is no time to exchange it.
They refused to do the compensation!
Just waste of time.
Update: I just called the customer service through the phone and they did the compensation for me.
If you get something wrong just call the phone number don’t come to this store.
