This is the worse best but. I purchased a tv took it home didn’t work took it back exchanged it open the new one the screen was distorted took it back and told me they couldn’t return it. The managaer there has no customer service skills

I purchased a new Lenovo laptop online in 07/2025 and now in 12/2025 it is nearly inoperable and back to Lenovo for repair since Best Buy said that although under warranty I would have to pay a service charge (!) and BB was unable to repair it. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and although a BB customer for many years, I believe I will direct business elsewhere and I am also seriously reluctant to purchase another Lenovo product. Lastly, Lenovo had the nerve to send me a bill to extend my warranty even though I've had problems with the computer for over 2 months!
