I love this BB! The employees are knowledgeable and provide absolutely great service.
We were standing in front of store pick up for at least 5 mins before someone came over, and they were like: no one helped you? When we went to buy a phone, there were at least 8 employees stand in the cell phone area and talking, but no one bothered to help out.
