They installed my dash cameras. The technician was fast and thorough and walked me through the app set-up. Overall, I was very satisfied.
Customer service is needed badly there
Very misleading when purchasing online and the “reported” delivery date. Planned for delivery on day off, as well as errands and shuffling things around to accommodate the delivery. However “not” the Best Buy sends you a confirmation email (after purchase) and changes the delivery day/time (to not my day off). They use a third party for deliveries. I ordered/purchased under the impression Best Buy was delivering and setting everything up. Their call center rep, halfway around the world, was very courteous and polite, even though I was not especially so. Took a very long break from BB until this purchase, not certain I’ll ever shop there/or online in the future. Deuces.
