I am not computer/laptop savvy. I wanted to get a laptop for my grandson as a graduation gift and ready for college. Let me mention he graduated top 10% of his class. I had my son help me by sending me one that my grandson can use. Sales associate by the name of VITA helped me with my purchase. I showed her the link. She said I'll get that for you. She came back with it. I then told her I will be paying with my affirm account. It was a process through my app and she was so kind to run it through with me. So easy. VITA made my purchase so much easier. I literally walked in nervous. VITA had patience, polite & professional. Thank you VITA 😊 your AWESOME!!
I went looking for viture glasses, when i arrived i was helped and pointed to the right place by one of the staff members,he even said he would send someone over. When i arrived to where the XR glasses are the sample pair was not on display at it seemed they had been ripped out by force. I waited for the member that was going to help me, and after 10min of standing there they never arrived. I decided to leave and just buy the glasses online.
