I had a great experience buying a new Samsung Flip phone. My warranty with my provider was giving me credit to buy a new phone so I was looking for the exact same phone. Marco A. was able to assist me in inquiring about the warranty, the provider, and providing specific and accurate information about the phone that I was looking for, which was no longer available in stores, online or at Samsung.com.
Marco was patient and accommodating to the specific needs I was having, as it was a difficult situation I was in. He offered different solutions and showed me the inventory of phones and options that I could choose from.
