We bought two refrigerators two years ago and had them delivered. The brand name is insignia, which I recommend nobody by that brand. It only lasted almost 2 years. I called Best Buy. No answer. I went to Best Buy where we bought them 8889 Gateway Boulevard in El Paso, Texas. I asked a manager her name is Michell. She really didn’t seem interested in helping with my problem. She insisted that I called the manufacturer which I did manufacturer said they’ll look into that model number and try to make it better.. I wasn’t looking for a handout just to let the public know that Best Buy doesn’t really care about the consumer buying these offbrand products they sell they’re just interested in selling selling and selling. i’ve never heard of any Refrigerator lasting only two years. This is why they try to sell you this extended warranty because you do and will need it. This particular Best Buy store is ridiculous. We waited for any employee to help us when we wanted to buy those two refrigerators and nobody was around to help us, we had to go look for somebody to help us. Our problem got served well because we ended up going to Lowe’s to buy two refrigerators to replace what we bought at Best Buy..

Disappointment with how the store handled my return purchased employee was polite, but the manager was not for foremost! I had just bought a new Sony zve 10II camera that cost me $1500. This device did not come with a charger . ALSO was not told I would need one separately . So same day I returned and was still charged 180 put back fee. I will fersure never purchase from this company again .

Thank you for wasting my time on an online order.
I ordered a Microsoft Surface at this store. When I check in for pick up lady at the counter tells me it’s not ready and that if I want to cancel that’s okay.
