The lady at cash register November 5 4pm was really rude and dismissive. I asked her if there was an item available and she said “if it’s not over there we don’t have it” I just left the store at that point. Not getting my business at this store anymore

Purchased a tv here and paid for the installation and it was a headache.🤕 The tv that was installed was defective and it was such a hassle to get the tv exchanged and have the defective tv picked up. Best Buy messed up four times with the appointments to replace the and pick up the defective tv. I had to miss four days of work because of their mistake. I was then “promised” a customer satisfaction gift card of $50 by their customer support only to be told they would not honor that. Such a horrible experience from this company. I should have purchased the tv at Costco, it would have been a better experience 😕
