Was looking for a monitor and Jeanette went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for! She was professional and friendly and so quick to help. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! :)

Poor customer service, I am very impressed at how unaware of what customer service is, Starting from the cashiers to the manager at the time Zambrano. When I tried to exchange the screen protector on my iPhone that I have exchanged with them before I was told that they don’t offer the model anymore but they could sell me the one they had in stock. When I asked to speak to a manager Zambrano came over and felt it was okay to lecture and belittle a customer instead of offering the kind of customer service I have gotten at other Best Buy Locations I have been to. I will not be returning to this location.

Excelente lugar para hacer tus compras de artículos electrónicos.
Suelen tener muy buenas ofertas en días selectos del año. La atención al cliente es muy buena, te asisten con cualquier duda sobre los productos en los que estés interesado.
Super agradable, bien surtido
