First off.. The girl who helped me with laptops you were the most wonderful and very knowledgeable i appreciate your help along with the male associate that came to help as well, you were also wonderful. However my experience overall was disappointing and upsetting. I came in earlier in the week to get a price on a laptop trade-in and I was given the price of $180 . With that I came back a couple of days later to trade in the laptop and purchase a new one . Once I was ready to do the trade in and purchase,the associate told me that my now trade-in offer was $0 and showed me the associate who originally quoted me the $180 mistakes they made while putting in the laptop specifications. I asked if they would still honor the price I was given and the associates manager, I assume, said no. Granted mistakes happen, but I as a customer did not make that mistake, and if was quoted $180 and the associate was able to see the mistake the other associate made then I shouldn’t be at fault and offered $0. Not even was I offered half of $180 at the mistake of their employee . Customer care 0 stars .
