I recently purchased LG Washer and Dryer. Installation was on this past Wednesday July 9 2025. The installation was finished and the technician did a check of the washer and dryer. We proceeded to use the brand new washer and the washer had a water leak. Water all over the floor. I called for technical support and the support was non-existent. Brand new installation of washer and dryer and the quickest or soonest repair visit will not be until this coming Wednesday 7/16. I called the Best Buy where I made the purchase and requested to speak to the on duty supervisor and I was routed to a call center. Bust Buy customer support and customer service just does not exist. Best Buy is only conserned with you making the purchase. They do not care about you after the sale. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY!!!!!!!!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
