How do I check product availability at the El Paso Best Buy?

Its very hard to get ahold of someone directly at this location. When you call the 915 number, it takes you to the general customer service and sometimes its very hard to understand the person on the other side of the line. What number can I call to directly speak to the workers in electonics department at this location specifically???

Came back to trade in a phone to apply towards the credit card opened to buy a new phone and now they will only give a gift card. We don't have any business with a 500 gift card other than to pay off the purchased phone. We were already told this would go toward the credit card previously and now we are being told it can't. Furthermore, they automatically traded it back for a gift card when we were asking for it to be credited toward the account.
Manager denied our case so we returned the phone entirely with a $45 restock fee. We saved hundreds of dollars on the same phone despite that at our carrier's store and even got some extra with it. Let this place be your last resort for your mobile purchases.
