Said free delivery and installation online for a washer online. Tried to buy online, and they said I need to come in. Then they tried to charge an additional $150 for delivery/installation. Waste of a trip.

I was sold a two year warranty but it was denied saying I need to maintain the membership beyond one year which was not something they mentioned. Very disappointing.

I've had to purchase the same screen protector twice for my Apple watch. First time, purchased a Zagg screen protector and paid for the geek squad to install. The install was full of bubbles and fell off. Went in to replace the screen protector. Was told that they couldn't replace it (even though it has a lifetime warranty and geek squad did not install correctly). So I had to purchase another screen protector and pay, yet again for it to be installed. Again, the install has bubbles and will probably fall off again soon.
I prefer to purchase the screen protectors and have geek squad install so I can avoid replacing. At this point, I would be better buying cheap ones from Amazon and replacing it myself every few months.
