Muy amables y serviciales
This used to be my goto store when I lived nearby. I bought a tv (the last one in stock) and could not find it. I asked one of the salespeople for help. I really wished I had asked her for her name. She was a young, short Hispanic sales rep working the TV area. She was very nice and helpful. She checked the floor and searched in the back till she found it. She quickly checked me out and even loaded it for me (I had hurt my back earlier this week). I always appreciate great customer service.

Johnathan is a great manager. We purchased appliances and no one approached us on a busy day. I knew what I wanted and placed my order. He took care of me on the back end of the deal to make up for the lack of service. Brian in appliances is also great at his job. Thanks for the great service and making a great deal.

I recently visited a Best Buy Outlet, and I have to say, it didn’t meet my expectations. When I heard the name “Outlet,” I imagined a store filled with certified returns, older models, or discounted items that needed to be cleared out to make room for newer technology. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
The store felt heavily focused on computers, washers, and dryers, with limited variety in other categories. While there were some deals, the prices still felt high for an “outlet” store. I was hoping for more significant discounts or a wider selection of electronics and appliances.
That said, this one-star review is just my personal opinion and may not reflect the experience of others. If you’re specifically looking for computers or major appliances, it might still be worth checking out. However, if you’re expecting deep discounts on a broad range of items, you might leave feeling a bit disappointed, as I did.
