Stood around for 10 minutes waiting for an employee to help me. When that didnt happen I purposely walked to the computer section to ask for help. Went to geek squad and had a question about my computer, the guy was looking at his phone and didnt notice I was there until I said something.

I had a really good experience at Best Buy. The cashier was extremely patient with me when I ran into a credit card error during checkout. She stayed calm, waited it out, and made sure everything was handled without any pressure. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional as well. I also noticed how clean and well-organized the store was, which made shopping more comfortable. Overall, it was a smooth visit thanks to a great team, and I left feeling well taken care of.
This place used to be a staple when I was a young kiddo. Sure they have plenty of stuff to choose from but good customer service is a rarity! I really needed help with a color laser purchase and ended up walking out after waiting for help. Someone came eventually but was clueless. Frustrating ordeal for sure. I sure miss the days before e commerce took over.
