Worst customer service. Extremely rude. I asked to speak with a manager, and even the manager ignored me. For someone who spends $20–30K at Best Buy, it’s clear they don’t value customer loyalty.

Spent 15 minutes in the store's computer section waiting to be attended to. 5 idle cashiers with no assistance. Wanted to purchase a monitor, unable to purchase with no help. Taking my business to the local microcenter.

I came from Mexico to Dallas and decided to buy a phone at BestBuy and in the end I bought it but I didn't like it, and I came to return it and as it was a little high amount Jonathan did the impossible so that I could get my money back, thank you very much Jonathan, the guy deserves a raise.

Went to browse this Best Buy on 10/1 customer service SUCKS. I looked through the iPhone cases and they were extremely limited on availability and variety. I bought this case on a whim because I didn’t want to walk out empty handed. That being said, I won’t ever set foot at this location again. Service is horrible.
