Best Buy is a straight-up joke. I paid cash for a laptop, brought it back, and when it came time for my refund, suddenly they “gotta mail me a check.” Ain’t nobody in that store said a WORD about that when they took my cash upfront. If I hand y’all cash, I expect my cash right back. Period.
On top of that, I got lied to by more than one employee. Every person had a different story, and not a single one knew what they were talking about. One told me cash back, another said it would go back on a card (make that make sense), and then finally someone else tells me about this check nonsense. So basically, y’all just make it up as you go.
The customer service? Trash. Rude, unhelpful, and honestly didn’t care that they wasted my time and held my money hostage. This ain’t how you treat paying customers.

Came in looking in the refrigeration section and actually found what I was looking for, the only problem was that the individual who should have been available to help was hanging out at a costumeless counter. I let another associate know I needed help and he let me know the person I was looking for was at the checkout counter. I left empty handed and don't plan on returning. I would rather and a little more elsewhere with better costumer service than be ignored.
