Hi, I purchased an open-box MacBook Air here. After buying it, I turned the box around and realized it wasn’t a MacBook Air at all. Inside, it was a MacBook Neo. Both the box and the device were mislabeled. I noticed this after purchasing. I requested a return, and they found me another MacBook Air—this time correctly labeled. I took it to my hotel, and when I opened it, there was no macOS installed. It had been rebooted, and you can’t install via Wi-Fi—it requires a special USB-C to network cable. They should not be selling it like this. So I returned that one as well.

I've never had the experience of waiting to spend money at a business. Asked for assistance in the case, ten minutes later, I left as no one ever showed up. Incredibly unprofessional. Guess they prefer to be a showroom for Amazon vs actually selling something.
Big thank you and shout out to Kamren for pointing me toward a much better tv for my gaming needs than the one I was looking at that still fit within my budget.
