Staff is lazy and unwilling to complete their tasks. Most of them can be spotted hanging out behind shelves playing on their phones. Asked for help and they said they were short-staffed and couldn’t help, but all three employees where just hanging around talking and playing on their phones. Worst Best Buy I have ever been to.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent online shopping experience with Best Buy. I attempted to purchase [Item Name] online and selected [Original Pickup Location] for in-store pickup.
However, I encountered a series of frustrating and unacceptable obstacles:
Pickup Location Change Impossible: When I tried to change the pickup location to [New Pickup Location], I was inexplicably forced to cancel my original order and place a new one.
Order Cancellation Due to Arbitrary Limits: Upon placing the new order, I was informed that I had reached the order limit. This limit, which appears to be per customer, is both arbitrary and severely hinders customer flexibility.
Account Manipulation Required: To circumvent this nonsensical limit, I was advised to create a new online account under a different name. This is a ludicrous workaround that should not be necessary for legitimate customers.
Unhelpful Customer Service: Contacting customer service proved equally frustrating. I was repeatedly transferred and given conflicting information, ultimately being told that customer service cannot directly contact the store to resolve issues.
Store and Customer Service Impasse: I was then directed back to the store, only to be told to call customer service again. This circular loop resulted in no resolution and significant wasted time.
This entire experience was a complete and utter disaster. The online ordering system is clearly flawed, and the customer service department is incapable of providing any meaningful assistance. I am appalled by the level of incompetence and the lack of respect for my time and patience.

Generally, most orders can be filled within one to four hours, but processing times can vary. We then send e-mail updates when the order is ready for pickup.
