Went to browse this Best Buy on 10/1 customer service SUCKS. I looked through the iPhone cases and they were extremely limited on availability and variety. I bought this case on a whim because I didn’t want to walk out empty handed. That being said, I won’t ever set foot at this location again. Service is horrible.

This place is horrible. I order smart watches from this spot, they have you enter all the information from the trade in watch online during order. I get there to pick up and now they can’t see any of that info and can’t get the back off the watch. So I have to cancel the order but they can’t cancel it because I started the pick up procedure. This is laughable. Now I have to wait an hour to cancel and I have no product. This procedure is seriously flawed. Makes no sense!!
