Unbelievable you cannot call this store in 2026. You speak to a AI bot who can’t help you to then be transferred to a call center who also says they have no way of contacting the store. Ridiculous that in 2026 a store doesn’t have a phone. I know Best Buy didn’t cut off phone service to those stores. Some executives made a decision that’s terrible for customer experience.
