Very bad customer service. People take forever to help customers.
Everything needs manager approval and that takes forever
I don't understand when you call in for appt for Geek Squad, stay on the phone with customer service for several minutes making your appt explaining everything in detail what your needs are, to arrive at your appt to be told they don't offer that service.
Very frustrating to pay for an annual service for them to say we can't do that for you.
No suggestions, no other options given, no offer to help you while they walk you through the process of how to do it....just we don't offer the service and can't help you.
Very good customer service from Grace today. She was knowledgeable and had all the answers for me. Keep up the good work!
