Being an authorized user on a credit card should be sufficient to use it...without my husband being present. Asked me to give him my SSN which I wasnt really comfortable with but did. Even and that wasnt good enough...after I gave him my ssn card AND license both as ID which he assured me was sufficient. Showed him on the credit card site that I was indeed on the account and information matched the TWO forms of ID he asked for. Nope, needed my husband to come buy it for me he said.
Had to use my bank debit card instead.
I shouldn't have made the purchase due to insult but needed the item (laptop) asap for my son's school.
Cutting up the card tonight since, apparently, cant use it anyway because it is the 1960s at best buy.
Exceptional customer service, thanks to the two gentleme near the front, who went out of their way to reach out to me to return my wallet. Customer service here is unmatched, very professional all around thank you Joshua and Michael for helping us out make a decision on a laptop. I commend your team. Will definitely go out of my way to come to this location to give them business.
