Took 20 minutes to get help. Then told they need to run a 15 minute diagnostics. A software diagnostic for a cracked screen.
It’s pretty quiet in there and staff doesn’t look motivated. But if you know what you’re looking for this place is great.

Zach and Dean helped me out with getting a new Ipad Pro. They went out of their way to make sure my needs were met and provided excellent service.
Very upset with Best Buy, bought a tv last week, scheduled the delivery and install and they no call no showed, I waited all day for the ridiculously massive delivery window and never bothered to reach out that they were not coming. Of course you can’t call the store neither to ask questions or hold anyone accountable.
Nebraska Furniture Mart is much more reliable now that BB out sources the installations
