Sometimes it’s nice to just go and buy something in person. Today went to go buy a 65 inch tv and when we walked in, the loss prevention greeted us and asked what we’re here to buy. He pointed us in the right direction and said he’d send someone over. No one ever came while we browsed, and after about 10 minutes we approached 2 men who were there and they also greeted us. Mentioned to them we’re here to buy a TV and Mike jumped to helped us. He was very nice, and patient and took the time to explain the differences in the options we were considering. He offered us everything and then checked us out. The warehouse guy brought the wrong TV and Mike had to go help him because he couldn’t find it, so Mike was awesome. All in all, a normal, everyday, not memorable visit to Best Buy but also nothing bad to say either. Except Mike, he was great

BUYER BEWARE. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY. unless you want to BUY a membership in order to return things. I've had SEVERAL issues with this Best Buy in particular. I own a media company and buy 4-5 DSLR and Cinema cameras per YEAR. Plus lens, memory cards, cords, etc. And I would NEVER buy it from BestBuy because of these issues. Sometimes we buy equipment for safety stock. In the event of a manufacturer defect after 14 days, we have to go direct to the manufacturer, which we have no relationship with. And often times they make it intentionally difficult to obtain contacts and get things warrantied. So having a trusted local big box store is a HUGE benefit for my business. Well, that partner is 100% NOT Best Buy. And I hope you make the same choice. Companies like this that rip people off shouldn't stay in business.

I had an excellent experience at Best Buy in the computer department and wanted to recognize Jack F. He took the time to walk me through a few laptop options I shared interest in and clearly explained the differences between each one, including performance, storage, and pricing. What really stood out was how he also broke down the different plans and offers in a way that was easy to understand, without ever being pushy. I never felt rushed or pressured, which left me feeling confident in my decision. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping the customer make the right choice. His level of service absolutely deserved recognition. Best Buy is lucky to have employees like him!
