I wouldn’t even give a full star, but this is the only way to give a review. I used some BB reward certs to purchase an album. The album was damaged and skipped on both sides. So, I returned it to the store. The store employee informed me that I should see my reward certs back on my account in about 1-2 weeks. When they didn’t show up, I used the chat feature in the BB app. It informed me that I would not be given the rewards back because they were promotional. I stated that if their product wouldn’t have been defective, I wouldn’t have had to return it and asked if they could please give me my rewards back. The chat suddenly ended???!!! I guess customer service is gone to hell and loyal customers don’t mean anything anymore. Thanks a lot Best Buy - you suck!
Ordered a chest freezer online and picked it up at this store. It was quick and very convenient.
This store is very unprofessional. I couldn't get any help. Had me standing around for 10 minutes. This is ridiculous and bad customer service. Yall need to do better

Tyler in the computer section was extremely helpful in getting our daughter a new laptop and accessories for college this fall. He was polite, informative, and knowledgeable about the products and their functions. He also informed us of purchasing and warranty options. It was a very pleasant experience. We don’t shop at Best Buy much these days, but with that customer service, we will definitely be back. 😀 👍🏻
*I tried to use the Best Buy Survey phone number; it was an automated system that never led me to the survey. Management, please fix this or get rid of it all together. Luckily there is Google reviews.
