Horrible customer service. They sold a faulty TV ($500+) and they are not ready to take responsibility to facilitate a return. Their only solution was to make me spend another $50 to buy a protection plan. I wish I bought the TV at Costco - they would have managed a seamless return. On top of it, the sheer arrogance and rudeness of the two Managers at the store was the cherry on top. Do not buy at Best Buy, they do not value you anymore.
