Tyler in the computer section was extremely helpful in getting our daughter a new laptop and accessories for college this fall. He was polite, informative, and knowledgeable about the products and their functions. He also informed us of purchasing and warranty options. It was a very pleasant experience. We don’t shop at Best Buy much these days, but with that customer service, we will definitely be back. 😀 👍🏻
*I tried to use the Best Buy Survey phone number; it was an automated system that never led me to the survey. Management, please fix this or get rid of it all together. Luckily there is Google reviews.

There automated answer system is a Joke, it is absolutely impossible to talk to a person. This type of customer service sucks, all I wanted to do it is talk to someone.
