I wish I can rate this higher, I just honestly can't. I came in looking for assistance and no employees wants to help me out. There was a group of them in a circle and they were just hanging out. I know they saw when they made eye contact. I was ignored for 15 minutes, all I wanted was to buy a Gopro. There were other workers moving stuff and they completely ignored me. I dont like rating places low, but this was the worst experience I had for Best Buy. You guys need to do better, im taking my bussiness elsewhere.

Very nice, very friendly and helpful. Walked in and asked where the little round batteries were for key fobs. The young man (sorry didn't get his name unfortunately) knew exactly what I needed, took me to'em. Owen the cashier was was Also very friendly. Thank you for a easy & good experience!

I bought a new TV. The staff was terrific and helpful. Spoke to the store manager, Ryan. He answered all my questions; he was super busy, but remembered me and answered my questions when it was my turn.
