I walked in and was greeted at the door and pointed toward what I needed, but after that the service completely fell off. I stood in the camera aisle for about 20 minutes while multiple employees walked past without offering help. I eventually went to the front where four employees were standing and talking and asked for assistance in the camera aisle. Someone was paged, but no one came. The only time anyone showed up was after the camera alarm accidentally went off when my wife set it off. By then I’d already decided to take my purchase elsewhere. Disappointing experience.

Hazel was extremely patient and kind the whole 30 minutes of our indecisiveness of purchasing a birthday gift lol. She definitely wanted the best for us and does her job very well.
I went in to get a new phone screen protector and Josh was tremendous help as he clearly explained what advantages come from purchasing one through Best Buy. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting. I will definitely return as the customer service shown throughout the store is what I found most impressive.
