I went there the other day to get a product worked on . And I was talking to your employee ‘s about Pokemon . And how I was starting to get into it . And they said that there will be a shipment of this Friday ( April 10, 2026 ) . I’m a reg guy I don’t scalp but if you tell info and if I go off of it . Please don’t waste my time and find out the shipment was yesterday ( April 9 , 2026 ) . Very uncool and uncalled for especially for someone who’s getting into as a beginner.

Why in the world does Best Buy have the WORST AI phone assistance???? I just want to talk to a real person about something that I want to buy right now. That seems to be impossible. I don't think that I can ever give this business my money do to this idiotic system they have in place. I can guarantee that you are losing lots of business, because this absolutely ridiculous and infuriating.
