Listed as an AppleCare drop off place but did not fix item. Sent my Apple Watch in for the repair, telling them had 2 issues. Major one was the button on the side kept thinking it was pressed when it was not and calling emergency services. Other was after restarting it would not boot just showed logo. They made notes and sent in, comes back couple days later reset. Paired to watch there and had same problem. Told don’t reset but the tech did and it got stuck in same boot loop. Said oh even though this is covered through AppleCare provided by our Totaltech program we can’t do anything more here and suggest going to Apple Store itself. Seemed their service case was closed so they didn’t want to do anymore work. Why offer services such as being a certified Apple repair place if not actually going to do the work?
Very bad experience. My pregnant wife and I went to purchase a ROG Ally X and Samsung S24. Multiple employees were just standing around playing on their phones. It took roughly 20 minutes to get someone's attention to help with the ROG Ally X. We asked for help with the phone at the same time, only to be told to buy a Best Buy membership. We then had to hunt down another employee to get the S24 from the back, where they acted as if we were going to steal both items. Very unfriendly and unpleasant experience.

Purchased new washer and dryer, nothing but problems for first 3 months of ownership. Store went above and beyound for me as they replaced these units with very dependable Maytag units. Very happy with purchase of Geek Squad Warranty that ultimitly saved me.
Pros: customer service is good, geek squad is even better.
Cons: sometimes doesn’t always carry what you are looking for. Prices just slightly higher but you pay for the helpful employees.
