Went in to walk off some lunch. Got to chatting to an associate. For the life of me I can't recall her name. Anyway, she was cool, and answered all my questions. Made a compromise, and walked in the following day and bought a 2 in 1 washer dryer combo, a ninja blender, and a multi port charging hub. Amazing service.
I'll update if I recall her name. She was professional and just plain awesome.
Update to add. The young lady's name was Emily. I can't speak highly enough about her.
That said, I have an update on the washer dryer combo. Less than 14 days into having it at home. The inside glass shattered. Called the BB help line to file a claim. But was informed this fell under the manufacturer's warranty. Placed a call to the manufacturer, and they sent out a local repair/service tech. Guy was in my house less than 15 minutes. Took 1 pic of the model and serial number label. Then said, "I need to figure out what to tell them (manufacturer) as to why it broke. I know this has no bearing on BB or Emily. But speaks volumes as to the service repair people the manufacturer contracts. I'm currently waiting on any thyme or reason on the repair.
Friendly staff. Fast service.
Inefficient pick up system, could be nice for a huge appliance since they help load it for you, but for just a microwave it was not worth the long wait (been 15 minutes and I'm still waiting)
