Buen trato y atención al conductor adentro hay baños en recepción en la puerta 20 se hace check in te atienden ala hora de tu cita no antes te recomiendo llegar 15 minutos antes a reportarte te piden licencia número de descarga y copia de bill loding te asignan puerta no puedes tu romper el sello de la caja recorres ejes hacia atrás y te pegas ala puerta donde descargas sin abrir puertas hasta que ellos quiten el sello y te dicen que abras las puertas se puede llegar a dormir enfrente sin problemas descarga en 45 minutos saludos para todos excelente dia

Very simple process, there is some onsite parking for semi trucks. Had 8am appt. checked in at 7:30 am and got a door right away. Slide tandems, back into dock so they can remove seal themselves, pull forward when prompted to open doors then back into dock again. Very fast and efficient unloading.

Se puede llegar a los muelles de enfrente, al hacer check-in llevar licencia y número de appointment o delivery, correr ejes, antes de ponerse en el dock con puertas cerradas, ellos rompen el sello y después puede abrir las puertas, descargan rápido gente muy amable

Very misleading, we drove here thinking it was a Best Buy store. No where on google maps does it say this place was a distribution center. DO NOT GO HERE if you were looking to go to a store. We were in such high hopes to grab a new TV here as we just drove 17 hours to move here… now have to drive way out of the way to go to an actual Best Buy store, thanks a lot. Someone intelligent may know the difference between a store you know where you can buy stuff and a distribution center.
