Made an appt 2 exchange phone chargers in store. I was told 2 call the number on the product. The nunber was incorrect. Was given another number. Agents at both numbers said i should get the exchange in store. While doing the exchange, the males "helping me" still said I should've gotten help while on the phone! The visit b4 this, when i came in originally 4 the chargers, this white dude stuck 2 me like glue from the moment i walked in until i went 2 customer service. I was exchanging something I'd ordered from their app. I just came from their irving location. I was a walk in. I was greeted immediately, helped immediately in locating the items, then checked out very promptly. That's how it's done sw fort worth!
