The staff failed to clarify that the Xbox Series S is a digital-only console without a disk drive, leading to dissatisfaction upon realizing the console didn’t meet expectations. Even though I was wrongly accused of stealing The consul By an associate coming at us, passive aggressive with me and my nephew Escort us to the register while the guys at the register told us it’s ok to grab the consul, Didn’t give us time to look at the GD or TB That the council provides…. It seems like the manager manager didn’t care when I try to bring this to her attention… very disappointed in the staff while I had to return everything Because it’s a digital console, not a display console which I was not told, and they were not aware of….
