If you buy an appliance from Best Buy, make sure you ask what they do with the old appliance. The delivery guys would not move the old refrigerator 30 feet to the garage for my wife. They said we did not pay for Removal service, so they left the old fridge in the middle of the kitchen.

Best Buy is a solid store with a wide range of products and a clean, well organized layout. The staff is friendly and generally helpful, making it easy to shop and navigate. One thing I noticed is that some of the sales team members are not fully confident discussing the more technical specifications of the televisions. At times, the guidance leans toward higher priced models rather than focusing on the actual technology and what best fits the customer’s needs. I also observed that several TVs on display were using coaxial connections instead of HDMI. From an engineering perspective, this is important to note because coaxial cannot deliver the same high-definition performance as HDMI. Coaxial typically carries a 1080i signal, which is interlaced, whereas HDMI carries a true 1080p signal, which is progressive and offers significantly better clarity and detail. Demonstrating a TV over coaxial can give customers an inaccurate impression of the screen’s true capabilities, essentially tricking them into thinking they are seeing full HD performance when they are not. Using HDMI would provide a much more accurate representation of the technology and its performance. Even with these issues, the store maintains a positive environment and the employees are approachable and professional. Overall, it remains a convenient place to shop, and I appreciate the effort the team puts in.
