Thank you Adrian!! I took my mother to LOOK, emphasis LOOK at the new Samsung phones. The idea was to LOOK and purchase online with a payment plan, interest free. We walked out with the new Ultra thanks to Mannie and Adrian. But Adrian really made the experience so easy and efficient. He is bilingual and seamlessly spoke with my parent and I transitioning between both languages and showing such patience to do so multiple times. He even went above and beyond to contact the bank and ask the multitude of questions regarding our INTEREST FREE purchase. He had multiple people ask for his help while he helped us but what I was really impressed with was how he didn't let that rush his service. He pretended we were the only ones in line and even took the time to walk us through the Quest VR, which we purchased as well. Great guy. Def will be asking for him on our next purchase.
