Best Buy Hulen

The worst experience I have been through . I ordered a lenovo yoga laptop through bestbuy.com. I received the package closed and sealed with a tape labeled "security tape". It felt very light and I opened, unfortunately it was not the laptop i ordered. It was a Playstation controller and a headset. I was dissatisfied with not having my lenovo yoga laptop, instead received incorrect items in the order. I took the wrong shipment to the store, they refuse to refund me or ship me my laptop. . I called best buy, showed them pictures of the incorrect items and they open a case. Assuring me that I will get a refund and replacement. They decided concluded, I wont get a replacent or a refund either. I dont know what was the reason why they emailed me that conclusion. I don't understand any of this case and the way it was handled. I am so disappointed by Best Buy. My lenovo yoga9i laptop was 1,300.08 dlls. I wish there was someone that could fix this issue for me.

Excellent service, fast and friendly.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick out a new gaming controller. They provided with all the specs for me to make a well informed purchase. I love this store and will love to keep giving them my money.

Generally a good place, I enjoy the staff and the atmosphere is great. Their people know their stuff. Jack helped me and my wife pick out a keyboard for her computer, pricey yes but good quality stuff and they stand behind their warranties.
