I've been shopping here for years. Work right around the corner and I am the designated IT guy. Although their prices are more than what you could find most items on Amazon, the quality really cannot be beat aka the quality of the things they stock here in the store namely wires, connectors, etc seem to be extremely well-built. I have noticed a decline in the store as it comes to volume of products and amount of each product that they stock. Definitely the Amazon effect at play, which is sad to see, but I think the place is holding on rather well and every time I go in it is really busy. Lots of employees that know where things are or who to talk to in order to find the things you need to get in and out quickly. Will continue to shop here. IMO, much better than the one at Heritage Trace as far as willingness of the employees to help you out.

Made appt for Geek Squad service on 6 month old apple iPad pro. Young lady spent the entire time saying it was damaged, since she had no clue what she was doing. Took to Apple store not far away. Proble is we live in Granbury an hour away. No help at all
