Employees here are really either rude , or incompetent. It felt as if no one was trying to help me at all . The guy helping me at customer service was rushing things and didn’t answer some questions I had . I am clueless when it comes to phones but man when I tell you these kids did NOT want to help. The person who I’m guessing is in charge of iPhone area , I felt he looked annoyed when helping me .
It was great until I was looking for a phone charger but got harassed by the phone dept sales girl.
I asked a sells rep standing next to his supervisor where the ps5 consoles are (there are several different ones), he tells me they are up front and he can see them back from where we are, I would walk up there with you but.... I spend 700 bucks in the store and he must assume from looking at me im not going to buy anything. They had the things behind a wall unlabeled they wouldn't even let me look at. I had to describe the type of system I wanted. I understand walking it to the register and all but damn, you people act like im going to steal just because I want to make a purchase. Please learn cultural sensitivity, its important even for a position like your's.
