Staff was terrific! From the door greeter to the cashier...each team member we came in contact with asked if we needed any help. We were directed right to the area we needed to be in, she helped us find the exact product we were looking for and we were out of the store in 10 minutes. 😊

Purchased a tv and installation, when the technician came to install it he asked me where the mount was and kit to hide the cables. I said you were suppose to bring those. The guy at Best Buy that sold us the tv forgot to give us the box so not did I only have to go back and pick it up but the installation couldn’t be done and was pushed for another week. I had taken the day off from work to stay at home. Then I asked to push my install up and they said they had nothing. The guy at Best Buy kept saying I took the cable box and I kept telling him he didn’t give me anything. Then he went to look at video to make sure he didn’t give to me. Then grabs it off the shelf and didn’t even apologize. Come on Best Buy you need to do better. We will never purchase from here again. Very disappointed in the customer service.

The staff was very unhelpful. Waited more than ten minutes for member to come assist with camera and he was completely uninformed about the product and told me the best way to learn more about it was to scan the QR code and read the information online.

I purchased a Ring outdoor camera from Best Buy with Geek Squad installation and have a Best Buy Total membership. When the camera developed moisture inside the lens, I expected a simple warranty repair process. Instead, the service experience was inconsistent and frustrating from the start. I was given changing instructions, appointments were mishandled, and I ultimately went through multiple rounds of communication just to get a clear path forward. Even after escalation, the “solution” still requires multiple steps on my end; removing the camera, transporting it to the store for evaluation, waiting for processing, and then scheduling yet another visit for reinstallation. So what should have been a straightforward repair on a professionally installed security device has turned into repeated appointments, added inconvenience, and downtime. The lack of a streamlined, reliable service process for a paid installation and membership program is what made this experience so frustrating.
