Let's be frank about best buys customer service in General. It's pretty poor.
Imagine my surprise when I met not 1 not 2 not 3 people at returns/geek squad that went above and beyond for me.
1 return was an open box with a swapped serial #. No problem Andrea took care of it.
Second was stick drift in a ps5 controller. TheY issued a parts claim and are sending me a new controller as well allowing me to keep the broken one until the new one arrives.
Fitzgerald and Jeremiah were absolutely OUTSTANDING in resolving my issues..in less than 10 minutes. I use to avoid this location because of some less than desirable individuals but whoever is in charge of hiring these folks is doing GREAT.
