I had a great experience with your associates on Memorial Day.  I was greeted by Destiny, then Matthias R was able to address and look up all our questions for our large purchase order 1126145409016.  Then Aniket was able to help close the deal by cross checking our purchase with great attention to detail.  I hope you can have both Mattias and Aniket continue to train the up and coming staff in customer service. Thank you for having this power team on board to help customers with their discovery and purchase of the best application, truly appreciated having the Best Buy for our house-hold. Especially with recent poor experience in warranty service through the other big box store’s warranty program’s service contractor performed and due to delays we came to Best Buy for our new appliance upgrade; Best Buys' personal experience and how the in store Best Buy warranty is structured; we can rest assured we made the right choice. They might as well go to online ONLY!! Store is scarce. Hardly any items on hand. I am a gamer and EVERY TIME I go in for games or gaming gear they have NOTHING!! Ibam told to order online. Not sure as to why they have store front 🤔

Low inventory of Apple products. Everything looks rummaged through and customer service is super inconsistent. Some days, you can barely get in the door before someone is asking if they can’t help, while other days, you can’t find any help at all.
