Muy amables y muchas calidad de producto
Ordered an item Online and had it shipped to my house. Ended up receiving the wrong item via shipping and found out that this location had the item in stock that I should've received. In the past I was able to bring in the wrong shipped item and get the right one exchanged. This time Luis, who I presume was the manager as the lady helping me had to refer to him for instruction, denied me trading out the item. He told me it "would mess up our inventory" by taking this item and that I had to call Customer Service and Handle it online. I called customer service while in the store and even they were confused as to why Luis wouldn't take the item back and swap it for the correct one. Ended up wasting 3 Hours of my time going here, being denied actual customer service, and having to drive back home still with the wrong item. After dealing with Customer Service again they gave me a label to ship it back and hopefully I'll get the right item back after already waiting 5 days so far for this to even happen. Do better Best Buy, get the shipped item right and train your Managers better, this whole situation makes me rethink even using my BestBuy card, and BestBuy in general in the future. I'm still waiting on word if I'm going to get the correct item still. Should have just drove to Micro Center and given them my business.

I went to the Greek Squad for help. Let me tell you. Never again will I go in and deal with the worst customer service ever from a very young man with a ponytail of sorts. I'm older, and am in the retail business and was treated as if I and my business didn't matter. That's fine. You were recommended to me from an at t rep. Do not go here for help. It's horrible after a wait to be told. Make a appointment, we're booked, we can't help you, disgusted.
