A title holder of a "MD" was such a jerk that seemed like he hated his job or me. I returned an item because the hardware S/N did not match the BIOS S/N and his lack of sympathy towards the issue was incredible. It seems like he didn't want to help or just thought that I created the issue. Overall, horrible customer service skills for an MD!
Bought an LG G4 to be picked up at the store. In stock when purchased. Said it would be available for pickup in 2 weeks, which was a long wait but fine. Two weeks came and went. Delayed. Days follow, still delayed and no contact from store. Called the store and customer service basically said they didn’t know where it was but could possibly get one in another two weeks or cancel order. Canceled order, three weeks after original purchase with nothing to show for it. I’d buy elsewhere (assuming you want to get your stuff).
Got in and got out. Wasn’t too hard to find the items I was looking for and things were organized pretty well. Cables that I purchased were inexpensive and are working great.
