Terrible customer service. Ordered a tv online for pickup, received the message it was ready and they would not let me pick it up due to a "system issue". Meanwhile several other people picked up their online orders. I was told I had to wait 30 minutes, which turned into an hour. They would not give me my tv I paid almost $900 for until I went insided and yelled at them. Only when I got that angry and yelled at them did they want to give me what I paid for. Absolutely horrible customer service; no excuse for that. Avoid this location especially for online orders. This experience may make me stop shopping at Best Buy completely.
