Professional and friendly service
Did on online order. Arrived for curbside pick up. Checked in. Waited ten minutes. Tried to call the store. Couldn’t get a hold of an associate. Walked inside and everyone was just standing around. The front girl directed me to customer service. I looked up at the board where my name and that I was clearly here for pickup were present. Not a single person in customer service had bothered to look. Got my order and left. Poor customer service.
HANNAH ADDISON WAS GREAT!
So I walked in the Best Buy in Lake Worth on 6/21/2026 and went straight to the computer department. Before I even completely reached the department I was immediately acknowledged and POLITELY greeted by Hannah.
Hannah asked if I needed any help and I informed her that I was just browsing for a future buy for my partner. Regardless of the fact that I wasn't buying then and there, it didn't make a difference to Hannah. Hannah still took the time to answer my questions, educate me, and give me recommendations on brands, and specs.
I intend to go directly back to this same best buy and purchase through Hannah. She was as sweet as can be and extremely helpful. I can't say the same for her female coworker who walked by multiple times and didn't crack one smile or hello. I feel sorry for Hannah to have to work with someone so off putting while shes so sweet and open. But I digress, Hannah made my experience great and she deserves the commission for my future purchase.
I would recommend this best buy to anyone because of Hannah Addison.
Staff was terrific! From the door greeter to the cashier...each team member we came in contact with asked if we needed any help. We were directed right to the area we needed to be in, she helped us find the exact product we were looking for and we were out of the store in 10 minutes. 😊
