Store has pokemon cards in stock but refuses to sell them at 7pm
The manager Luis was so helpful and knowledgeable. And also Paul at the front door.
The manager solved my problem within 30 minutes.
I will definitely be back to this Best Buy.
I had my Best Buy account for four years. I paid everything down to zero I had my account maxed at $1000 several times I always paid everything off over four years and I’ve had my account balance at 3 to 6 months and they sent me A letter stating that they wanted to lower my available credit limit two $500 after paying everything off for four freaking years of my life these people are garbage. They actually lowered my overall credit score because I only have one credit card and one Best Buy card, I will never buy another thing from this crappy company and their crappy bank. They are complete trash.
