Was in and out to pickup a phone

Purchased 1006$ worth of items today and tried calling the store 8 times to ask a question; 3 times someone answered from a call center (1st person put me on hold when I just asked to be connected to the store itself, and never picked back up, 2nd person gave me the wrong phone number, 3rd person gave me the correct phone number but it loops back to a call center)...there are no phone numbers listed on the receipt and the Google number is the call center so no way to contact the store. Going to return the items now, don't bother buying anything from Best Buy...

This Store in Alliance is effiencent and the people who work there are knowledgeable
I felt like they cared about my experience and I felt treated fairly, Thank God, I tried one more time.
I walked into Best Buy without much knowledge about laptops and honestly felt a bit discouraged about making a purchase. However, that quickly changed thanks to an employee named Nate. He was incredibly patient with all my questions and took the time to explain each product I asked about in detail.
Nate’s knowledge and clear communication helped me not only find a great laptop but also gave me a better understanding of what to look for in future purchases. I truly appreciated the time and effort he put into helping me.
