Well maintained store. Excellent customer service.
I've only been here once, but A+ from what I've seen. I don't normally need help when I go to a place like best buy since I work in tech and am pretty up to date on the latest and greatest. NORMALLY when I go into best buys, if I need someone's help, it's because something is locked away or something like that, and USUALLY I can't find anyone to help. This location, however, my friends and I couldn't walk into any section of the store without someone that works that section greeting us and offering to help. I've never experienced something like that at a best buy. The asset protection guy greeted us first, then the guy that was working around the mobile phones area came right up after and greeted us, I started looking at a TV and another greeted us there, we went over to the computers and was greeted by another, we went back to another section in the back and was greeted there, ended up by the big appliances and was greeted by another. It seriously felt like the entire staff had offered help which, again we didn't need, but it was refreshing that we were at least offered
Best Buy sales rep we’re not helpful at all, do not switch over to AT&T at these stores because the reps do not know what they are doing, they are also not customer friendly and now we are stuck with hours of problems trying to debug an issue that should have happened much smoother.
Went to look at televisions and was given the best service from Danny Nguyen in the home theater dept. He helped me pick out a great tv and soundbar for my mom! He provided the expertise you always hope to get, but quite frequently don't.
