Best Buy Heritage Trace Parkway

Had a really good experience at Best Buy when I was looking for a drone. I wasn’t completely sure which one I wanted and had a few questions before spending the money, so I really appreciated how helpful the employee was. They took the time to go over the different options with me and explained the differences without making me feel like they were just trying to sell me the most expensive one. They answered all my questions and helped me narrow it down to what actually made sense for what I wanted to use it for. I ended up getting the drone I wanted and felt a lot better about the purchase knowing I had actually looked at my options first. That kind of help makes a big difference, especially with electronics where there can be so many different models and features. Overall, good experience. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and the help I got with the drone purchase was exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely go back to this location the next time I’m looking for electronics or camera gear.

The sales guy was very informed on the product I was interested in. After the purchase Geek Sqaud was very helpful and patient. He installed my purchase to my laptop. Help explaining the purchase and went beyond besides just installing but installed short cut to make the operations smoother. I will definitely be back. 🤓
