Very good customer service
Waited 20 minutes to buy a washer and dryer, no one ever helped us. Went to Home Depot.

Jeremy at Geek Squad is BEYOND amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful and went above and beyond anyone I’ve ever encountered there. Don’t get me wrong other agents are helpful at this store as well but Jeremy was a star! I had a complex data transfer and was having issues with passwords, OneDrive and the list goes on. While files were downloading he juggled other customers, phone calls and being a cashier with ease. He kept coming back every few minutes to check on me and the computer. He was so patient and a real problem solver! I hope I’m lucky enough to get him again when (not if 🤦🏼♀️) I have a future issue. Thanks for being awesome Jeremy!
