Best Buy Heritage Trace Parkway

​I recently visited the Best Buy on Heritage Trace Boulevard, and the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I want to give a massive shout-out to Aiden, a newer employee who is currently learning the ropes. He did a fantastic job helping us pick out a new laptop and all the essential accessories to go with it. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and eager to help—it’s clear he’s going to be a massive asset to this location. ​Aiden was excellently supported by Peter, who stepped in to assist with the process and ensure everything went smoothly. Peter’s guidance and top-tier customer service made the entire shopping experience seamless. ​We also received incredible support from Travis and the entire Geek Squad team, who made sure everything was good to go. The technical expertise and patience from the tech crew provided real peace of mind. ​Thanks to this team's brilliant recommendations, we walked out with a laptop that has turned out to be even better than I expected. The level of collaboration at this store is unmatched; everyone works together to take care of the customer. Because of Aiden, Peter, Travis, and the Geek Squad crew, this is hands-down my go-to Best Buy! ​How does this version look to you? BestBuy remains a great brick and mortar store but had become a solid online opinion. When I need an emergency PC part, quick laptop purchase, or other consumer electronics product there just up the street and can quickly backfill from other nearby stores. We've enjoyed the years points for years as well. They've usually got what I need at a competitive price with quick delivery.

I've been a best buy customer to this location for many years, and bought 5-10k in electronics. I even signed up for the best buy credit card a few years ago and made steady purchases, but I will no longer due to them allowing the dishonest AT&T salespeople to sabotage their customer loyalty. Went in a few weeks ago to purchase a phone and have 2 lines deleted from my account. The sales reps "reviewed" my AT&T account then proceeded to tell me I have 2 unused lines and that by deleting them and upgrading my plans, I'd save money. My monthly bill was 167$ for 4 lines, and AT&T just sent me a bill for 506$. After spending hours on the phone with AT&T to dispute the bill, I was told the sales reps added additional lines to my plan, AND NEVER DELETED MY OLD LINES. I went in and spoke with them in person and the Best Buy manager informed me that this happens ALL THE TIME. If Best Buy truly cares about customer loyalty, WHY WOULD THEY ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO CONTINUE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS? Makes me absolutely sick to my stomach that I was lied to in order to make a commission. Now I'm stuck with a large bill for lines that were supposed to be deleted, and AT&T said the bill is valid. Don't waste your hard earned money here. They could not care any less about their customers to allow this to go on. I'll never buy from this company again.
