I strongly advise against using this store for any future purchases. I have been patiently awaiting my graduation present, an iPad, for a week now. Unfortunately, the iPad went missing during transit with the carrier. The only solution they offered was to wait indefinitely. As a loyal member of the store, I would have gladly canceled my membership to expedite the resolution. Unfortunately, I am still without a resolution to my issue, and my iPad will not arrive in time for my graduation.
I strongly recommend seeking out a different store for your future needs.
We were told by both an employee and the manager that the price of the fridge we were very interested in purchasing would be good through the next day for Memorial Day. However, when we returned the following day (on Memorial Day), the price had increased by $500. Despite this, they refused to honor the original price. Very disappointing experience. We will be shopping at Nebraska Furniture Mart for our appliances and electronics from now on—they consistently offer better customer service.
Smaller store so double check stock online first. Still nice inside and plenty of selection.
