Martin in the computer section was phenomenal. I have never experienced a more professional and knowledgeable associate at a Best Buy, or any other retailer for that matter. He was patient with all my dumb questions and thorough in his explanations. Hands down if you need a computer from this place ask for him. There was no incentive for me to leave this review, I just genuinely had a great experience! Thanks Martin!
I freaking love best buy warranties. Buying a phone there is kind of annoying but everything there is good quality stuff.

I recently purchased a 55" monitor through Samsung, with Best Buy managing the delivery. What a disaster. After paying for my order, it took four days for Best Buy to even schedule the delivery. I finally received a confirmation email the day before my delivery, and everything seemed set. But just a few hours later, I got a random call from Best Buy claiming they needed more information to schedule my delivery.
Confused, I told the representative that I already had a confirmation email. She insisted I check my email, and sure enough, I found another email—this time canceling my delivery. This cancellation came less than 24 hours before my scheduled delivery, and the reason? Potential bad weather 48 hours later. Are you kidding me?
When I asked to speak to a supervisor to clarify this nonsense, I was hung up on. I tried calling Best Buy’s customer service line, but good luck with that—no one picks up.
Best Buy used to be a reliable company, but those days are long gone. This level of incompetence and poor customer service is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and shop on Amazon or literally anywhere else. Best Buy is no longer worth your time or money.
