I purchased a computer from Best Buy and received an empty box with the top ripped open and no computer inside. Best Buy is still charging me for the computer. They are refusing to refund me the purchase of the computer or send a replacement. I have spoken to five different Best Buy agents and two managers over the past 10 days and each time they tell me, the investigation team will get back to me and they never do.
It is abundantly clear that Best Buy is attempting to offer you escape responsibility for the stolen computer that they are legally responsible for delivering By stalling as long as possible to avoid responsibility. I can no longer say that Best Buy is a trustworthy company

I really like the customer service in the stores; unfortunately, I can't say the same about the customer service department over the phone. The employees in the store are always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. In contrast, the customer service representatives I have dealt with have been rude, impolite, and not very helpful. What is even more frustrating is that they often seem unfamiliar with their own procedures and are unable to provide accurate assistance. The difference between the excellent in-store experience and the poor phone support is quite disappointing.
That said, I love the wide variety of products available, and the prices are very competitive. We also purchased the extended warranty for our products, which has been extremely convenient and provides valuable peace of mind.
Overall, the in-store shopping experience has been excellent, and I appreciate the selection, pricing, and added protection options offered.
One amazing looking best buy. Some would say the best looking best buy. Way better than the ones in Dallas county. Things aren't locked up. There is way more trust. I love it.
The employees were very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I tried to buy a $500 Steam Card. I was only allowed to by 10 $30 cards. A little disappointing, but I understand. I would definitely recommend this store.
